Process was great. Purchased a battery. A little pricey, but good value when comparing warranty and specs with Costco, Pep Boys. When I do my annual tune up they will test the battery and replace it, if needed. Also I got a free car wash.

Had some unexpected work to do extending service time so they loaned me a brand new MDX. That was a pleasure. They also diagnosed a long standing shutter with my torque converter, recommended a flush and it corrected the problem. I have always been happy with their service including the cost.
