All questions think that an associate will be around to help, but when using CVS, I am the only person that does the "work". Go in, select the product, go to automatic check out and never see someone that works at CVS. It's a wonder that more thefts aren't happening at the store!!!

First time going there, and I had to push the button to get someone to come up to the front. Then, the lady says that CVS does not redeem scratch-off tickets, they only sell them. I was confused and left. I found out later that that is absolutely not true! Weird!

The pharmacy is nice enough, and works with you when you have coupons. They’re also very timely in getting prescriptions filled. The front on the other hand, is a totally different story. I have been in the area for 6 months and have not had one good experience with Michelle, who is almost always in the front. She’s incredibly mean and is always very annoyed that she has to do her job.The most recent experience I had, the one causing me to write this review, was also with Michelle. I had carefully picked out items based on my coupons, and I tried to use the self checkout to avoid her, but the coupons did not scan with the machine. She then came over and had to type in the numbers for each of my coupons by hand, which I will admit, is annoying, but not my fault. She made is seem like it was my fault and had me feeling bad for trying to use the coupons that CVS provides. When one didn’t work, I should have taken that item off my order and bought it separately. Due to Michelle being so mean and rushed though, I kept it on the order and paid. I wish I would have asked her to take it off, because I ended up paying 6$ more than I should have. While $6 doesn’t seem like much, it adds up over time every time Michelle is rude.

This CVS is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, fast, and can manage complicated insurance and prescription issues with great competence. By far the most professional CVS I've interacted with.

Went to pick up my 3 year old's medicine for an upper respiratory infection. Pediatrician called it in at 7:20pm and I arrived at 7:50pm. I was told by the Pharmacy Manager, who was vacuuming the floors at the time, that they couldn't fulfill it because they closed in ten minutes and that I needed to go to another CVS. Will never go back there again.

I called the pharmacy was told I called "the doctors line" and quickly ushered off the phone. if I did it was by mistake and the fault of the infuriatingly repetitive automated answering system, if I was tasked with determining the antithesis to the suicide prevention hot-line I would easily recommend a call to CVS.Calling the pharmacy dooms you to listening to a looping message for anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to be put on the line with a pharmacist who is short, dismissive and barely answers questions.

It was fine, as far as I can remember. In the last few months, I've been to, at least, five different CVSes. My prescriptions are at the Havertown store on West Chester Pike and Manoa Road but, usually, when I need to pick up something after work, I go to the CVS on Township Line and Burmont Road. I also go to the CVS in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center when I can't find what I need (when I can get over there). The Lawrence Park store is also where I often take my younger brother for a treat on the days that I pick him up, but, the last few times that I've had him out, I've taken him to the CVS on Route 1 across the street from the former Granite Run Mall. With the heat and humidity, the less that I have to drive and be walking from the car to the door and from door to the car, the better. And that store is very close to his facility and The Rooster Diner (where I've taken him to eat.) I've also gone to the CVS on Baltimore Pike in Springfield when I couldn't find what I needed at the other stores. All of the stores have been pretty good and sometimes they've been excellent. Sometimes, they've had everything that I needed and sometimes I've not been able to get anything that I wanted that day. I know that it's not the fault of the store personnel but there are times when I've stopped at a CVS on the way home from work, when all I really feel like doing is going straight home and putting my feet up, only to discover that they don't have what I wanted to buy, and frankly I've wanted to scream. Admittedly, this has happened at Giant also, but, for me, it's doubly frustrating when it happens at CVS because I've been using them as a substitute for Giant on the days when I've needed to get something (frozen dinners, chocolate milk, etc.) and I know that there's no way that I feel up to trying to get in and out of Giant (sometimes, Giant's been an absolute nightmare to deal with, especially because I have to wear my mask all of that time in the store. CVS, at least, I can usually get in and out fast). I know that both stores' personnel are doing the best that they can but it's still very difficult for me to deal with sometimes.

I use this cvs as my pharmacy because it is close to home and I very rarely have issues with getting my prescriptions on time. My only issue would be that refills needed that the doctor has to approve sometimes get lost in translation when done solely through the app versus calling my doc or calling cvs to find out what the problem is.

Horrible staffing team & the store Manager is racist, I heard him make a joke including the "N" word toward an employee and they both laughed I would never recommend this place and the store manager and all of the employees should be replaced.

I visit this location often. The staff are friendly and patient. The shelves are always pretty organized. The staff is really helpful when you have questions about products/promotions/coupons. If they don't know the answer, they call for assistance and work to find you and answer.

Scheduled 2 Covid vaccines here for my son and I and had a a woman call me to confirm she was extremely rude and told me I wouldn’t be able to get the vaccine at the same time as him I would have to wait a while because she had other appointments. I rescheduled for another location with no issues. My son was apprehensive he’s just turned 12 I wanted him to feel more comfortable so I was getting mine at the same time after receiving the all clear from my doctor. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING THE VACCINE PLACES LIKE THIS AND THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE!
