A package was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. It was a part that for some reason required a signature. We were not in the house but in the yard working on preparing for the part to arrive. Rather than walk to us in the yard when there was no answer at the door they returned the part for a later delivery during the next week. When we work during the week. Thanks for screwing this one up. When i called and filed a complaint they said there was nothing they could do until Monday when someone would contact me, two weeks later and that never happened. I only gave one star because it wouldn't allow zero

The negative reviews are laughable to someone who grew up in a city where postal workers take out their grievances on customers daily. This post office is filled with some of the best postal workers to ever grace the profession. I am greeted with a smile and they know my children by name. I run a small business and they never complain about how many packages I need to have scanned at the desk. This place is a treasure. Keep up the great work!

Continuously send mail I've said numerous times to discontinue and say they deliver my package when it's not here. They don't deserve Sunday's off they're not gonna deliver packages when they say they will.

Denny is great, never had a problem dealing with him over the last 8 years. Always friendly and helpful. I spend $5000+ a year at this post office. Today I called and asked for Denny but spoke to Russ instead. He was plain grumpy and rude. Disappointing.

Can't tell you where anything Is when you need to know.... employees say they will do things to help customers locate missing postage and do not do so and they are incredibly rude and unhelpful.. typical government agency!!!!!

Doesn't keep in mind that people normally like their packages in front of there door. Even after asking them to put it by my door some of them still continue to put it by the mail box. (it's better by my door as it's not in the view of anyone walking by and less likely to get picked up by someone) Also a few times the packages have been beaten up and or open part way.
