They want you to be satisfied (it even says so on a sign hanging inside the office door). I’ve loved every car I’ve ever bought. One car I purchased a car off of him I owned it 7 years with only minor issues most of them were normal wear and tear. I even brought it back and traded it in on a newer car. He sold it and it served her well too. Eight weeks after I bought my New (to me) used car I hit a deer for the first time in my life. I brought it back to him for repairs. They did beautiful work. We had lost all hope at this point. We figured we would stop and take a look. The owner was so helpful and gave us options! More than one option for her price range. The cars were all in decent shape for her price range. We found a car that she loved and it ran great. It was loud due to a crack in the muffler. This man said give me a day. I’ll have a new exhaust system put on to make it right. So he put a whole new exhaust system on and had it ready the next day. He also gave her a 30 day warranty. This was an as-is car! Everyone that works here is so helpful and kind. My family is so grateful. I highly recommend doing business with this company! He went above and beyond any expectations that I had. We will definitely be returning in a couple of years to find my other daughter a car.”
