Took delivery of a new Whirlpool fridge in April. Absolute trash needed one that could have a set space for ice cube cube trays THIS DOES NOT. Bottom shelves are poorly spaced, bottom bins have no room. bottom door doesn't want to close. Poor quality all around. Every once in awhile it makes a sound like a firecracker going off; it originates from inside the unit. When my business is back up; I will never use my commercial account with Lowes again. I will be buying a different unit; but, not at Lowes. If I had the chance to see inside this before my old fridge went out I would have refused it. Must have been built by a drunk the Whirlpool logo isn't on straight. Really, I would rather you come and get it, I will go buy what I need. I was very specific no ice cube shelves I did not want it. Anyone who buys one of these Whirlpool Model WRT148FZD models is out of their minds.; Response from Lowes was to send me their 800 number; called and crickets. Called Whirlpool service and they set up appointment; service called and my noise issues were with the way they are built. They will pop and crack like an electrical short., sometimes when they turn on. The doors that drop and fall when opened are because Lowes did not set up properly. The service tech is correct all they did was walk it in and plug it in. If Lowes doesn't want it back the someone can have it free. I will go buy what I want.

Our fridge went out so we went to Lowes. The sales associate was so incredibly helpful and was able to answer every question, and there were many! We were able to get a delivery the next day. Another popular store, HD, said it would take 2 weeks to get a fridge. Lowes has always come through for us!!

Will never buy from any Lowe's again. Long story short, lost a days pay, have to pay interest on credit card, pay a driver and rental fee to buy from lowe's again. --Bought a washer and dryer black Friday. My mother received them both in December. The dryer did not work they took it back waited about two weeks for replacement. They were schuelded to come on Sunday never showed up rescheduled for the following Wednesday between 8am to 8pm NEVER showed up again, no call on either day that they were not coming. Lost a days pay waiting for them. Called next day was told it didn't even come in from the main warehouse. So my mother canceled it. She was told we would get a call on how we wanted a refund NEVER called got a refund gift card in the mail they will not put it back on her credit card because we canceled it, from one person called again another person said they won't because they already processed the refund card. Yes we canceled it because they can't be trusted to make deliveries when they are supposed. So now she has to pay the interest on her credit card and we do not drive (why we got delivery) so we now have to pay to rent a truck and pay someone to drive to the store to find something that's in stock at the store. Be really nice to not feel like we're forced to buy something from Lowe's when I feel they made their own mess.

Not to many places to buy hardware on Sundays. I try not to go to often because they never have anyone to check you out. If they are going to force everyone to check themselves out, they should give everyone an employee discount, that does it.
