I had my car towed there on June 29, 2024 from Sunbury, PA. I had water in the fuel. I knew what the problem was. The car was there for 24 days. It would be worked on and the drove back on the lot. Days later inside and working on it. This continued for 24 days. I called in that time frame and RANDY said it will be done tomorrow. 3 different times he told me that. LOL!!!! Then I was told that while removing my gas tank the MESSDED up the electrical system. Randy said ITS OUR FAULT. I guess so. So more days of waiting and waiting. They also fried my new battery of 6 months. I noticed my battery on the garage floor and asked Randy about it. He said I have to check into it. He knew DAM well that was my battery. So off to Walmart for another battery. They told me they was unable to fix a light on the dash. When picking up the car there are 2 light on the dash lite up. DAM!!!! The inside of the car was so FILTHY that it took me 2 hours to clean. You would think like other garages do they lay paper floor mats and cover the seat in plastic. No not them. Then i finally get a chance to wash the car and wax it. HOLY COW there are 2 scratches on the passenger side of the door. There are still some issues I need to sort out with John, but as I told him I was NOT PLEASED at all with the service this time. And then charged 125.00 for them to tell me the car will not start. LOL!!! I told them there was water in the fuel from the get start. Come on LION COUNTRY. I know good help is hard to find. BUT...................... this was totally unacceptable.

I call for roadside assistance I was given am eta which came and passed I was given another ETA which is came and passes and now I'm told they're vudyvandveill het to me when they get to me. I was 3rdvi. Linecsnd they just keep passing me off. I spoke to the owner who wasce tremly rude and provided no assistance what so ever so here I 2 hours praised the ETA and still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs@

Terrible place to do business. Son bought a car here and the engine blew out within a day. They did replace the engine for him, but didn't even get to drive it a day before check engine light came on and it stopped working again. Took it to another garage and there were a multitude of problems including dangerous wiring. I would recommend never purchasing a vehicle from here or taking car for service.

Company was dispatched via our insurance company and the tow truck driver called right away saying he would be about 45 minutes. An hour later he called again to say that he was going to do 2 quick jobs that would take another 45 minutes then would be out to tow my vehicle. 2 hours later he still hasn't shown up so I called, and he would not give me an estimate of how much longer he would be. My insurance company called the towing company repeatedly and no one would answer them. Finally had a different company dispatch to see who would arrive first and they arrived 30 minutes after they were called. The original driver eventually cancelled the job 4 hours after he accepted the job because he was "unable to fulfill the request". If you want to waste your time and be stranded on a highway for 4 hours call Lion Country Automotive, if you want fast professional service call ANYONE else.

Michael towed my car when one wheel came off. It was a difficult job to set up the tow but he was expert at it. He was also extremely nice and found a way to hide my car key at the mechanic's where there was no overnight drop box.

The gentleman that came to my rescue was very polite and professional. I felt bad he had to travel so far to jump my car, but very grateful that he did!!

These gentle men are pure angels. We was stranded and no tire shop was open I called my insurance company and the sent the best tow guy in the world lion country. They stayed open late to fix my car for a great price. Very friendly thoughtful and caring men. I really am thankful for this place. I pray our creator bless this company with plenty business. Thanks again lion country. I can't express the amount of gratitude that I have for this place ? ? ? ❤️

My husband was stranded 90 miles from home when his truck broke down yesterday. A very helpful gentleman came on a Sunday and transported him and his vehicle to the Ford dealership. Thank you for taking good care of him! Blessings to you!
