I needed to rent a piece of equipment from them. Before I did I had a load of questions about it, so I could figure out whether the job I had in mind was something I could do myself, how to transport the equipment and so on. Nothing seemed like too much bother for them, they answered all of my questions.Booking the rental was easy, collecting was easy - they helped dismantle it and load it into two different vehicles and made sure I knew how to reassemble it when I got it home. Returning it was equally easy.For good measure when I noticed I'd returned a doodad of mine with their equipment and called about it they had it readily available so I could collect it.
