I have been banking with Woodforest national Bank in Lewisburg PA since 2020. The staff there are always helpful and very nice. They work quickly to service every individual and do their best to aid in whatever I have ever needed from them from issues with fraudulent activity to paperwork and they have always stood by what they say. Also, the staff that I have been working with since are still there. Jared helped me initially open my bank account. Brittany, Brenda and Hannah are always there and willing to assist with whatever I may need. The customers always seem to be happy and pleased with the service that they receive. I honestly cannot think of a time that I was not pleased with the service that I received. Thank you to the staff for making my banking experience fast and easy!

I’ve been banking with Woodforest for about 7-8 years and I’ve never had any issues. The employees are all wonderful and do an amazing job. They make me feel like family and always are there to help when I need it. I don’t think I will ever bank elsewhere.

Terrible bank. If you're out of town and have an issue you are out of luck, their phone service is non existent.

I've had people trying to use my money more than once and they are always on top of it giving me a text as soon as something unusual happens so great people working all the time to protect my money from hackers and thieves great service
