Have 2 certificates of deposit that have been idle for 2 years for my grandmother’s family trust. My grandmother passed in December and my mother who was a trustee on the trust developed dementia. Worked with the attorney who drafted the family trust to amend it and add me as trustee so I can close out the certificate of deposits. Fulton Bank’s legal team refuses to recognize me as a trustee to the family trust and will not allow me to close out the certificate of deposits. Much unneeded stress for my family and myself. Will not be doing any future business with Fulton as they are unwilling to tell me what I need to do.

Stopped in Fulton Bank 4/25 with my 93 yr old mother. Fulton changed routing numbers 3 yrs ago we didn't know this so we had to have a direct deposit form signed.So one teller working handling all drive thru customers so we waited about 8 minutes and you have 3 people sitting in their office without coming out to help. I will be closing out my checking account. Unbelievable poor customer service.I have been a member of PSECU since 1972 and never had one issue with them.TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM PSECU

We initially purchased a home and mortgaged it through Swineford Bank, now Fulton Bank. That was not the best experience. We are now trying to sell the home to our daughter through Fulton. During the application process our daughter was told by the loan officer that an appraisal was not needed. Now two days before closing we are told we need an appraisal and cannot close. The whole experience has been bad from the start. I will never recommend this bank for anything.

Fulton Bank (formerly Swineford) took the refi of our mortgage years ago. We paid off the mortgage early and in-full this winter, so we closed the associated LOC. Fulton then sent a demand letter for $63.75 to satisfy the LOC. Which we NEVER USED in the past 5 years. Short sighted and poor form Fulton.
