Waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment and was still 3rd in line to be seen. They were overbooked and clearly understaffed. Will not be returning here.

Honestly, when I went in for my appointment the people working were short staffed. I could see that there were people that would need to be finished before me which was fine. I did not know which people were ahead of me though. And due to the few extra people who werent being tended to, I was not informed that there would still be at least an hour wait before they could even get to me (even though I had made an appointment). I wasted that hour sitting in the chair watching as most of the staff didn't care about the fact they had so many people waiting. Why book yourself so busy that you can't get to appointments? Why wouldn't the person who asked me to check in let me know there would be a wait? I don't appreciate the fact that the staff just believe that patrons would just wait past their appointment time, and be idle when it already takes at least an hour more to do a mani and pedi. If someone makes an appointment they would like to be seen around that time. I won't recommend this place, especially if you care about your time, because they surely don't.

I had an appointment for 3 PM. When I arrived there were three chairs occupied for pedicures. There was one technician. Two of the chairs you could clearly tell that they had been waiting a while. The third chair he was doing both a pedicure and something to their nails. There was one person who checked in ahead of me and was waiting too. I waited 25 minutes. I realized that there was no way they were going to get to me anytime soon, with only one technician. I was not greeted when I got there, and no one said anything to me about how long I would have to wait. If they were short staffed, they should have notified us of a longer wait time or given us the ability to reschedule.

Will not go anywhere else now, used to go to star nails but never again SUN nails is worth the appointment and the wait. They take so much time to make sure your nails are exactly as you wanted and talk to you and remember you! Fantastic owners cute place and great nail service! I am really disappointed with the Sun Nails, they are very unprofessional so if you think to get an appointment from them then think more than 100 times and it’s better to go to some other place rather than coming to this pathetic place . The lady here was not at all apologizing to put me on waiting list , I came before time and after waiting more than half n hour I asked her to how long I have to wait because I left my newborn baby at home with someone then that lady started telling me that she has a baby who didn’t take nap yet, what is this stupid excuse, if you are working then you have to work and deal with your family issues. Very pathetic, bad place to come , I wish to give zero star.

In town for the weekend. Treated myself to a spa pedicure with Tyler. WOW! The BEST ever! Couldn't be more pleased. No wait Friday around 2. Phone rang constantly for appointments and people with appointments were coming in as I left. Bucknell graduation weekend. Reasonable prices.

i went and got a full set done, the design i wanted was on my phone, she nailed the design and plus it was sooo clean, the workers were soooo nice,the lady i had took her time on my nails and made sure i liked it multiple times and made sure every peice of my nail didnt have a sharp peice on the corner. deff worth going there.Service: Pedicure

My (now) husband and I got our nails done at this salon before our wedding! He got a manicure with some clear polish, and I got a gel mani and pedi. My nails especially were perfect! They took their time with my nails to make sure they came out just the way I wanted. So happy with our experience!Services: Pedicure
