After having a bad experience at a different nail salon I decided to try star nails today. Im amazed with my experience and will definitely come back. Friendly and clean environment. Not sure the name of the person I had but I was at station 6. I will definitely be coming back here!!

Requested style: I took a picture of a pedicure in to the salon and Nu turned it into a beautiful manicure. It’s exactly what I wanted. My fingers and nails were in such bad shape and Nu took the time to make them lovely again. I’m so grateful.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get SNS nails done. It was our first time there. And only the second nail experience for my friend. My friend asked the owner which books or samples were for dip and when he answered her she didn't hear him so she asked again. During his nasty reply he laughed at her for not understanding. I let it slide, thinking maybe he didn't do what I thought he did. I was looking at the nail book and he asked if I was done, if so to go write your selection on the paper. When he referred to "the paper" I thought he meant to write my color choice on the sign in sheet. The sheet I signed my name on was removed and I questioned where it was. They use the sheets to call you in order...now my name is gone and won't get called. I asked where it was again and was told "just write it on the paper" in a nasty tone. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I informed him I didn't appreciate how he laughed at my friend and got nasty with me, and thats no way to talk to and treat people. He became even more rude to my friend and I as he was denying how rude he was to us. We walked out the door. He said he didn't care we were leaving that he had plenty of other customers.

I went there today to do my nails. The owner was so rude to me. Even though the girl was great doing my nails, he ruined my experience. He tried to apologize for his behaviour afterwards. But it did not work for me.
