I spent 3 hours on the phone and talked to 11 people or was transfered 11 times. And all I needed was my Internet turned back on after it was disconnected without my knowledge. It's for a business. Without Internet I can't take payment. I was told after the 3 hours it would take another 4 to turn the Internet back on. It's been 6 hours later and nothing. I'm more than frustrated.

Terrible service called asked for someone too come too home. They said that they have too charge for someone too come.They acts as they can provide services over the phone.

Actually, beyond not good. The worst. I've spent more time on the phone with these people trying to get service connected/upgraded, etc. It's taken two weeks because apparently two customer service people didn't know what they were doing. Finally got someone who said a technician needed to come ... in another week. If I had another option, I'd take it but sadly, I don't. I am sitting on top of the router and it still is shitty service. If you have any other option, use it.

Over the course of an hour I spoke with three separate people. First, at the home store. She was pleasant and referred me to another number to have my service outage refunded. Upon hearing my story, the second woman, in essence, called me a liar and had a serious attitude problem. I have been without internet for five weeks, after having called twice when the initial problem started. The internet coverage has never been great - yet this is my first complaint. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Customer service is not what it used to be. Considering switching providers.

This service is horrible the customer care the supervisor everything was horrible back in March I requested that my home phone service be removed off my account someone put the order in that I wanted the whole service disconnected and here it is June and they turned my service off I've been days without WiFi and nobody can help me I just keep getting the run around and everyone keeps creating me new accounts but no service has been turned on have never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service everything you ask them they say they have no idea and just connect me with another department I'm so upset right now

Good luck if you have an issue. No one returns calls. Retail stores can not handle billing issues. 1800 number is in the Caribbean. Good luck with that! Terrible experience. Definitely looking at changing carriers. Be aware!

I suggest you find another provider. First, they over sell internet speed and the company by selling higher speed that’s not available in your area and saying they have great customer service. The tech that came out said he hook up for 10 mbps and I can increase to 25. So that day I called to increase and removed the phone service that I said I didn’t want (charging $25 saying it was included in the bundle). I contacted customer service again to see when they would be making this change, they let me know Friday would be the day. On Friday I contacted them 2 more times to see if it was increased and if not what time. Friday at 6 pm it should have been changed. It’s Sunday and still nothing. After contacting them Sunday, the could not find the order increasing to 25 speed….After being sold this fast amazing internet, I can’t even use it to work from home because it is so slow. Not to mention , when I called the first time they said I was set up and paying for 50 mbps and I only had 10 mbps… this company need to get it together and maybe retrain their employees.

Unprofessional. Pretty sure it's some kind of scam. Guaranteed the service was available at my new address, no call/no show for installation, then when I called said it's not available. Kept me on hold for 45 minutes, refusing to get a supervisor on the phone. Overall, AVOID.
