Our reviews are complimentary to Zach Kratzer. He was well informed with our questions and the vehicles we were interested in looking at. He took the time with us and was not pushing us with a sale. He wanted us to be happy with our selection of the vehicle that best suited our daily use and travel. We will recommend our experience with family and friends regarding Zach.
As for the dealership Fairfield was clean and welcoming.
Jen was excellent with our financing, and signing of documents. Very informal.

I am remiss to leave this review. Let me preface this by saying the vehicle in question is a 2012 Chevy Malibu, and while old, does not qualify for "lemon" status. It's been very good to us and we take good care of it. We have had trouble with it just dying in the middle of driving. We were advised to bring it to the dealership to be fixed, because the usual garage we bring it to was sure it was an issue a dealership needed to troubleshoot. A very very long story short, we won't be bringing it back after we were assured three times the problem had been fixed. This morning it left my husband sit again, after being brought into this establishment thrice for repair. We only just picked it up a couple weeks ago. The second time it went in, we were told they couldn't get it to fail to understand what to fix. I have no desire for this interaction to be nasty or rude. I just believe people have a right to know our experience. I can't speak to how this business conducts their car sales, but the garage seems to struggle with timely and accurate repairs. I hope if you are in our shoes, you have a better experience than we did. Disappointing.

I had a fantastic experience at Fairfield Chevrolet in Lewisburg. My salesman Zach Kratzer was game on in helping me get a used vehicle that met my needs and budget. The entire process took a bit over an hour including the test drive. I love my new ride and the bonus is I get free inspections! Fairfield Chevrolet is the place to go if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle ask for Zach!!
