My fiancé and I went into Black Dog to look at engagement ring options because I wasn’t sure what kind of setting I wanted (I had only been looking at things online and hadn’t tried anything on in person). Susan was very helpfuland knowledgeable; We ended up getting a custom design and Susan walked us through every step of the process. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

Went with my boyfriend on monday and looked around ended up picking out my engagement ring and my wedding band. The owner was very helpful and willing to work with us. Overall best experience ive ever had at a jewelry store.
