As someone who worked in the auto industry for half of my lifetime. I’ve worked for good and bad dealerships. I have a pretty good knowledge of how a dealership operates. Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Lewisburg might be one of the most unprofessional operations I’ve ever dealt with. Primarily their collision center. I have brought both the Challenger and Mini Cooper to them for collision repairs. Both vehicles were delivered to me with multiple issues. Recently we picked up the Mini and the entire door panel on the passenger side wasn’t even attached. It was half-assed dangling on there. Brought it right back and got some smoke blown up my ass and was told they fixed it. Great. Went out to eat and came out to the car and the door panel falls off again. Awesome. Driving down the road and the windshield wiper fluid isn’t even hooked up. Also never took care of the giant tire marks that were caused when the JB hunt truck drove down the side of it. The Challenger when I picked it up had my headlights adjusted so the beams were pointing directly into truckers eyes as they were approaching. Also the airbag light was on when I picked it up because they forgot to hook a sensor up. How the hell do you fix someone’s car and deliver it to them with the airbag light on?? The body shop manager also is 0 help so going that option is a giant waste of time. I asked him if there is a person who inspects the vehicles after the work is done to ensure a proper delivery to the customer? The body shop manager’s answer “Well we have a guy that does it but he’s out for 2 weeks because his appendix got taken out.” THAT’S NOT MY PROBLEM. I’ve spent about $20k there this summer in their collision center for Mike Ettinger the manager to tell me they did me a “favor” LMFAO. How about do yourself a favor stay as far away from Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Lewisburg.

Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
The dealership has yet to provide my NJ registration, currently 96 days after date of purchase.
The dealership also ran my credit after requesting my SSN for "registration purposes" despite me specifically requesting no credit inquiries. I came with my own financing, which they were aware of.
If you like deceptive financing practices and driving around with expired temp tags, this is the dealer for you.
Edit for clarity: Your salesman told me you used a third party company for out-of-state registrations. They also called 30 days after the sale to request a military LES as it was "required" by this company for registration, which is clearly not true. I've been out of the service for 3 years and it has zero impact on my registration. I can understand DMV registration delays, but that's not the entire cause for the issue.
Edit 2: It took 101 days to receive the plates from the date of purchase, from a company based in Texas that handled the registration on behalf of the dealership.

I had an amazing experience at the dealership, leasing a car. The team was very courteous, responsive and willing to work with me on the options I wanted. The facility is excellent - very welcoming, clean, modern! I met also the service team and feel it will be pleasure to take the car for service there. I could not have asked for more and wish all dealerships were delivering this kind of service. A shout out to Garett W! Thank you!

Brett was amazing to work with when buying our first ever Jeep. He was very knowledgeable, patient with all of our endless questions, and made the buying process as painless as possible. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and we love our new Wrangler Rubicon!

We had a wonderful experience at your dealership in Lewisburg. Jordan was very friendly and welcoming. I found a car I loved and we bought it from him. He is very polite, friendly, informative, and he even wished me a happy birthday four days after we made our purchase. Jordan is very nice and follows through even after your purchase to make sure you are doing well with your purchase. The financial persons were just as accommodating to our needs we rate you a 9 out of 10. Thank you very much for a wonderful buying experience. We will come back and spread your name to our friends.

I live about 5 hours away, so when I found a Jeep on the lot that had the color and options I wanted, I called in to purchase it. After some initial texts and calls, I had a conference call with my sales person Reese and his manager. It was a candid conversation and I honestly thought we weren't going to come up with an agreed price, but in the end we did. I was asked by the manager if I could wait 10 days to close the deal and I agreed. This was due to a Jeep rebate program. I also asked if I could leave a deposit, and was told that it wasn't necessary. A few bumps along the way were these: I had a pre-approval from my credit union, and expressed that if they could beat the rate, I'd be happy to finance with them. They pulled my credit hard 3 times and were unable to beat my rate. I was then asked to finance with them for 90 days because "I'm doing all I can to make this happen." When I called in a few days later to make the appointment to close after the timeframe, I noticed that the Jeep was no longer on the website. I asked to verify that it was available. It was sold. In the State of PA, a verbal agreement is binding. I have text messages, and all of the calls to the dealership are recorded. It is unfortunate that they operate this way and go against their word. I would think twice about spending any money here. A message left to the general manager for an explanation went unreturned, and the sales person has not responded either.
Edited to respond to the response:
Thanks for trying to reach out and respond only after reading this review, and not when I left a voicemail to you directly after the new Jeep that I intended to purchase was sold. If you had returned my call at that time, this review most likely would not be needed for others to see. At more than a week later, I ordered a new vehicle at considerable savings with the options that I wanted. I do want to reiterate that I was told no deposit was needed when dealing with Blaise Alexander, twice.
In response: Unfortunately, that’s not the case that was presented. A deal was made over the phone, so in this case, it was first come, first served. A lesson in ethics on a morning huddle meeting would be helpful. I was told that I couldn’t close at that time, and to wait 10 days. I was also told that the Jeep would be set aside, and no deposit was needed. Only when I called in to make my appointment to close and it was discovered the Jeep was sold that the secretary told me that they don’t take deposits. As to try and save face and back pedal. I have since ordered a new vehicle from another dealer that was honest and easy to work with remotely.
