No.package in mailbox shoes delivered 4/20/2024. Error could be at 65 another address,explained to.post office they would check on other address. As of 4pm.no.mail as yet.

When they don't feel like delivering something, they lie and make an excuse like "could not access the delivery location". They did this on 12/15/23. I even watched the carrier deliver my regular mail to my mailbox on Heck Hill Rd. on this day. There's no accountability for this organization.

No package again. It was to be delivered yesterday but the tracking now says it's delayed in Lewisberry, so it's still at the post office. I had a different package that was delivered to my neighbor's mailbox instead of mine, but they kept it (per cameras). This is what happened a year ago and now this post office is going back to being the worst with not delivering mail on time or at the wrong mailbox.

Getting tired of packages getting thrown out at our lower garage ,If we don't see them they will get soaked,so tired of the bad carriers on this route after anna left, mail in wrong boxes belongings to others as well as packages not dropped at the house,box lid not being closed!

We have had so many issues with our mail and packages since moving to Lewisberry last year. They "deliver" packages that never make it, and the same with our mail. I had a package "delivered" to my community mailbox, and it wasn't in my slot. Two days later they said they would check said mailbox incase it's still there. Of course it isn't there! Why would they think it would still be there? They don't own up to their mistakes at all.

nonstop issues with packages from this office. Every other package is delivered to the wrong address because they can't seem to be able to decipher 4 numbers at once. they constantly mark my packages as undelivered due to my front door or driveway is not accessible which is complete BS. completely incompetent

Where packages go to die, or get delayed. Can’t read house numbers properly. Loves to use the ol’ Mailbox not accessible excuse for being to lazy to deliver. Has to be one of the worst post offices in PA.

We are a business and have never filed a claim with them. They lost a package containing a part for a truck that was down. The driver marked it as delivered, yet no package found anywhere on or near the property. They have denied my claim twice saying i don't have sufficient evidence to prove it wasn't delivered. It's literally not here and the truck is still down. What more proof do you need. We will never use them again for packages, even if it means shopping somewhere more expensive or paying more. What a disgrace.

The people who work here must not be able to read. We constantly get mail for somebody else’s address. No big deal. However, we write on the envelope, explaining that this is not our mail, and stick it back in the mailbox. It comes back two days later. Then we highlight and underline the address that it is supposed to go to and stick it back in the mailbox. The mailman takes it, and again it comes back two days later. We do this about five times before we get completely frustrated and deliver the mail ourselves, or drive it to the post office and explain to them that their mail people cannot read.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. I ordered 4 bar table counters from Amazon it said on the tracking app "Driveway was not accessible" which is a LIE. UPS/FEDEX had no problem. They left me notices in my mailbox to pick them up but I drive a small car and couldn't! I told the mail lady I don't have a truck and she was VERY RUDE and basically said to go find one. The whole reason I ordered them online was because I don't have a truck to haul furniture. I am very disappointed with the way the woman demonstrated herself so rudely to me on my own property as I was very courteous to her and the random man she was with I'm also very disappointed with overall uncooperation of the USPS.Edit: I don't even live in Lewisberry PA I live inWellsville, PA and they gave me not even a days notice that they are shipping my packages back to Amazon. She told me in the evening they'll be sending them back and my packages were gone by the next day!
