My 78 year old mother recovering from heart surgery was called a racist by PA Shondra for absolutely no reason and nobody from here has contacted us to explain what the problem is. There was no racist remarks.

This place is woke. My 78 year old mother was disciplined for using the term "girl". She came home sobbing after being told she's racist.

They will cancel your appointment if you are 5 mins late for any reason, including the fact that they have a line in their front office. Had good experiences until this apparent policy change that they did not include tell me when scheduling or include in the reminder call. Just wanted to warn here so no one else goes through this.

Sad to say google will produce you better results if you have concerns. Don’t waste your time here there’s no passion or attempt outside of SOP there’s no “care”. They made sure to ask if I wear my seatbelt and if I have a will prepared though.

I absolutely love Dr Yurkowicz, he was professional and attentive! However the past few times I was seen I was seen by Dr. Allison, she is also very kind. I have nothing nice to say about her nurse, not only did she argue about how to say my name correctly, but she kept repeating “that’s not how I would pronounce it” basically arguing that I say my name incorrectly. The next time I was there I was seen by Dr. Allison again very kind. Her nurse came to the nurses station and was complaining that I was late for my appointment. Very loudly, I scheduled my appointment with Scott at 4:15, knowing that I work until 4 o’clock. I was told that my appointment was at 4 o’clock when I arrived. It was a miscommunication on their part. I had to basically call every day for my test results and was given different information by two different people, when I again spoke to Dr. Allison’s nurse, she became irate, yelling at me, calling me, dude, and was very unprofessional. I matched her energy when she became disrespectful and I regret doing that, because she wasn’t worth my anger. It was out of character for me. I will not return to this facility. I was a patient here for 7 years, my son will also relocate doctors. This is unfortunate for the doctors because they are who will lose out. Look elsewhere if you want immediate and professional service.

We just love Dr. Cox. Hes always in a good mood, laughing and takes his time to listen to his patients and there concerns. Always feel like we get a great exam every appt we are there. The only issue there is the person that answers the phone "Scott". There have been a few times I have called about a question only to be told that a nurse will get back to me which never happens. When you work in a doctors office the messages need to get delivered and not pushed off to the side which is upsetting.

Dr. Yurkewicz is thorough and communicates clearly. He works with you on a treatment plan. He presents as he cares about his patients.

Outdated, one sided, ignorant Doctor.Doctors should be decent enough to respect the opinion of a patient who questions certain shots/vaccines before they are administered to their children. Take Covid-19 for instance, 2 years ago I was given the guilt trip by Dr. Machillini that by not allowing my children to get the vaccine that I was doing them harm. Today, I questioned the meningitis and Dap-T shot necessity to which I get told my kids could get brain infections and lose limbs if they don’t get the shots. I happened to mention in England (where I’m from) there’s a simple test one can do with a glass tumbler to test for the possibility of meningitis as a rash can appear on the skin to which Dr. Machillini said I’ve never heard of it and seemed annoyed that I’m even questioning it. I explained I’m not against shots, just trying to do my due diligence before making a decision. He leaves the room saying, ‘yeah well here in this practice we don’t see patients who refuse shots. Here in this country we take shots.’ That’s disrespectful. I don’t need any patriotic guilt trip.

I’ve had enough of this place! I keep calling Red Cedar and a guy named Scott picks up and he’s the worst! I always get him when he calls and every time he tells me a nurse will contact me soon about my question… never happens! I need my blood test results (I had blood work done almost a month ago (still waiting) and results should be given to me within a week, NOT A MONTH) for my internship which needs to be submitted by the end of September. ALSO, when I required a quantiferon gold blood test, NO ONE KNEW HOW TO TAKE IT (there were about 3 people in the lab) so I had to come in on my day off to have the male lab person do it since no one else is trained??? When I received a phone call a week later after my blood test, THEY GAVE ME LAST YEARS RESULTS AND THEY HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY RECENT RESULTS. Highly recommend to go somewhere else! ?

Tried to become a new patient here twice in the past couple weeks. Both times, they took my information and said they'd call me back after checking the schedule. In my most recent attempt, he said he'd call me back "very soon," because he had just looked at the schedule. I never received a call. I would've rather been told they are not accepting new patients tbh.

I Love Red Cedar Family Practice!! Alex Duffy is a very professional, kind hearted person. I always appreciate his complete honesty with me. Doc Cox, what can I say. This man is just an amazing human being!! He is So thorough, so Professional, compassionate, kind and understanding. He is like the perfect doctor, human being bundle! Tish, who manages the office is always helpful and always willing to make time to listen to any concerns. Scott who often answers the phones is always polite and friendly while he tries to help me. I have been a patient at Red Cedar for 7 years. The Waiting room, the Exam rooms and the Restrooms have Always been impeccably Clean. I am honored to be able to write this review.
