I personally had labs that were off and was called by a LPN to get a redraw. Redraw came back off again and the LPN called me to tell me that she was referring me to hematologist/oncologist. As someone in healthcare myself for 20 years, couldn’t the provider call me so I could ask questions or talk it over? Telling someone to see an oncologist at close to 40 years old, it something big. Plus there are 5 pictures of Jesus or the last supper on the words. Medicine is medicine and religion is religion keep them separate. Medicine is science, zero to do with religion.

*This isn’t a low rating/complaint about the office itself, just a complaint about the desk worker Scott*
Scott is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. He’s unprofessional, disorganized, and has no idea what’s going on EVER! Every other desk lady that I’ve spoken to has been super kind, helpful, and they actually tend to my needs when I call. However, when Scott picks up the phone, I contemplate hanging up and calling back until I get someone else because he’s THAT bad. I really like this doctors office and all of the staff here BESIDES Scott.. I also have talked to multiple other people who go here and almost everyone has had an unpleasant experience with this terrible worker. I didn’t want to complain because I do like the doctors office a lot and the staff is usually super pleasant, I just don’t understand how or why he still works here when no one is happy with him.

Love this doctor office!!! The staff has been soo good to me and my doctor (alex) is the best he actually listens n goes over everything and has never made me feel judged

I’ve been holding this back for awhile, but this needs to be said. I have been coming here for years now, and every time i call in, Scott is always the one that answers. He is the rudest person i have ever spoke to on the phone. I came in for an appointment and the front desk lady said there was not an appointment set up. I had told her i spoke with Scott on the phone and not to my surprise, he forgot to put me in the system for an appointment. Come to find out this happens all the time when he doesn’t put people in the system when he speaks to them. I call in and ask for prescriptions to get filled and hours go by, still didn’t get a call in for it. I called right before they closed and he gave me attitude for confirming that he sent my prescription over to my doctor and proceeded to hang up on me! I see multiple complaints about this worker and he still works there?? This man needs to get coached by management because what he has been doing is ridiculous.

Let me take a min and shout out to Sarah. She is the one that schedules all the specialty appointments. She has gone over and beyond..time and time again, making sure me and my kids get those important appointments. Thanks for being amazing. ❤️

My 78 year old mother recovering from heart surgery was called a racist by PA Shondra for absolutely no reason and nobody from here has contacted us to explain what the problem is. There was no racist remarks.
