I love how everyone whose pkg was delayed has to come to google and yelp to whine about it. Lol. I work for UPS and we have stuff that falls through the cracks, so to speak, as well. The entire country is full of people who are completely spoiled and entitled frame of mind .. the three big carriers deliver millions upon millions of packages on time everyday. So you had to wait an extra day or even a week for your stuff that you lived your whole life so far without and now it’s the end of the world. Oh, your stuff got broken ? . Well thankfully there’s a guy in China’s factory making more stuff right now and there’s a warehouse in Cali or NJ that has a hundred more ready to ship. FedEx does a fantastic job as do we and the usps. In my experience of years on the inside of UPS most of your delays are actually caused by your shipper or another shipper doing a really horrible job of packing your stuff. Amazon ships thousands of packages with laundry detergent everyday with loose cap and then it damages 20 packages riding in our trucks leaking all over everything. That’s just one example.
It’s just stuff people! Half the planet is struggling to find a clean drink of water and a bowl of rice!

My FedEx packages always move smoothly across the country until they reach this facility. They sit here for days past the expected delivery date with no reasons as to why. The online tracker will just say “On the way. Will update soon”. I never have these issues with usps or ups.

The packages are always delivered a day or
two after the expected date. I don't understand how since yesterday my package was being delivered btwn 10am and 2pm today. Then all of a sudden I get a message at 6pm saying it will be delivered tmrw instead. I don't understand how you screw this up so consistently. The drivers are obviously consistently late and can't follow a schedule, but you would think with gps they could figure it out and packages would be delivered on time for once. Even my grandmother would be more consistent delivering boxes and she's 97.

Seems to be a black hole of fedex freight. When my parcel goes through this terminal, it stays for days.

When FedEx delivery my package they are always delaying my stuff when something is supposed to be delivery on a Monday it won't be here till a week later and the box is always busted up

They don't deliver on time and rarely even get the door right. Usually have to hunt for it and then give up and message the seller that the package was lost. Please pick anyone but fedex

Why do they drop packages off on my fully exposed front porch when it’s pouring down rain, instead of my COVERED side porch?! UPS, USPS, and Amazon don’t have trouble and apparently have common sense, why doesn’t FedEx?? Also, they speed down my 30 MPH road and saw one driver on his cell while driving. I cringe when I see packages delivered by FedEx, seriously incompetent and dangerous drivers….

Just brought a trailer from 841, and within 30 minutes, they had a full trailer ready for pickup. Friendly Linehaul staff. Be professional, patient, kind,respectful, understanding, follow the Golden Rule with intention & it will come back to you!

They delivered a ?package? to my residence that wasn't mine. When I reported the mistake, I had a lot of complications at 1st just trying to connect with a live person. After like multiple attempts, I finally got through to an actual person & confirmed a scheduled pick-up, which was supposed to be for that weekend but did not get picked up until a week after the mistake... but all in all, knowing that they make many other deliveries daily, "I'm like totally satisfied".?
