The employees of Butler Medical are above five stars. Dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. The service on my Stannah Stairlift is impeccable . Friendly. Sue was very helpful, and the other person (sorry, but I don't remember name) was able to show how to disassemble and reassemble the scooter. Went to the Phish concert in Pittsburgh, it cruised nice and even climbed a hill lol
