They are an extremely professional and honest company. They didn't give us any sales tactics, told us what needed done, showed us the product and gave us the final price for what we wanted. Then they came and did an amazing job fixing a rotting floor underneath our shower and installing the new bathfitter shower in only two days! I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done!

BathFitter has an excellent product, and everyone in the process has been wonderful. When questions or issues arose, they have been responsive. The installer(s) were very very nice, clean and thorough. I have 1 remaining issue to resolve with them, but I expect it to have a good resolution.

I can't imagine why anyone would hire a company that uses Bath Fitter's desperate sales tactics. Bath Fitter may be the worst telemarketing nuisance in the country. I got at least 20 calls in 3 weeks, most from different numbers, without ever showing any interest in their company. Hey Bath Fitter, if no one answers your fit couple of tries, STOP CALLING.

Bath fitter did an excellent job replacing the tub surround in our main bathroom. It's just beautiful and I WILL be calling them again to redo another bathroom in our home!! Thank you Bath Fitter for the beautiful job!!!

Bath Fitter re-did our shower and did a great job. The sales person was very thorough, the installer was very friendly and did his job very well. Their price was very affordable.

The installer who came out did a fantastic job. He was quick and thorough, and even when there was a leak in one of the pipes after he had finished he made sure to fix it before leaving. I will happily recommend them to others.

Sales and installation personnel were great with one exception. Prior to purchase, they were aware of a specific timeline due to selling the home, timeline was met except the tub came damaged. They stated I would receive compensation reimbursement due to the damage (still not received).
