Had large deposit and wanted to discuss with Personnel Banker. They had all 3 girls helping one person with Safe Box and Ryan decides to tell me to wait so he can go on break I guess. 30 minutes later they are all standing while lady goes thru her box in private room.

This establishment is incredibly unprofessional. There are very low withdrawals from the drive-thru ATM and in small bills, no less. When we arrived inside, a woman with a nasty attitude locked the doors in our face when the posted closing time had not even passed. Customer service is abysmal and should be dealt with.

Service was great I was notified late in the day from our payroll company with Christmas bonus was too much for them to transfer so I arrived at the branch at 4:45 and with the help of Sharon was able to transfer money. Thanks

Very poor customer customer. Never even bother to return my call when I tried opening an account. I called several times to followup and they didn't even have to courtesy to return my call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

During a pandemic this place is NOT understanding AT ALL! Apparently you have to be wealthy enought to get any type of food customer service and them to go above and beyond for you. I don't recommend opening an account with this bank (no matter the location) I'm very upset with the treatment we received today! Although the guy who worked the drive thru was very nice and good and quick service from him. The bank itself is just a headache and won't do anything extra to help it's customers. Very upsetting to say the least especially on a Friday right before closing.
