This is supposed to be 24 hours but when I try to pick up my prescription. The same pharmacist is always telling me that I have a 15 or 10 minute wait. As if he doesn’t want to help me, 2nd night in a row.

The bigger blonde lady who works the front is very rude to each and every customer that comes through, she also gives people a really nasty look whenever she speaks to them. Everyone else is great and makes you feel welcomed, she should not be working in medical care. She was about to make me pay double the price because she “assumed” the other lady already ran the coupon but she definitely did not and I had keep pressing the fact until she asked the other pharmacist who then told her she did not yet run the coupon. I have heard her and her co workers gossip about each customer that came through while I was waiting.

The laboratory employees of this place are very rude and always in a bad mood, this is my third time and they always have the same attitude. They don't guide or help people or maybe me because I'm Hispanic (racist) I saw how they treated other non-Hispanic patients, and they were in there for 30 minutes and the woman treated them very kindly. They do not serve at the indicated time. I felt very bad for her attitude.

I have to start by saying that the employees at this location have been kind considerate and willing to help you with your needs. The pharmacist are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. I gave three stars due to the amount of text messages and the confusion they could cause. One tells you they are working on it the next still working on it then on more than three occasions telling me my order was ready and when I went to pick it up it was not they didn't offer to fill it why I was there and within the hour I would get a text informing me that they were now ready. The employees are doing as store policy requires but for those who have transportation issues this could be a huge problem. One last thing if your prescription doesn't have a refill they will not call doctor to get one it's up to you to do so. So great employees just need a bit of work on customers service

This is a review for 1211 BRISTOL OXFORD VALLEY RD in Levittown Pa! I just had the worst experience in a store period with a pharmacy tech who came across as "I am better than you". As usual I asked for Claritin D when picking up my other medication at the drive thru. The girl refused to the purchase and told me I had to come in. I had no clue what I was in for after I asked why not. I said I request this all the time at the drive thru. Long story short... she let me have it. Her reply was "I'm so not in the mood for this right now". She started to laugh. I asked once again why can't I get the allergy medicine? Her reply was, "Protocol". The way she said it and smirked back at me was horrible. I did ask for the Pharmacist but she was on break. I asked for her name not once but 3 times and she would not even reply back. But she kept laughing like it was a joke. I did call corporate and I'm not sure what they will do but it should be addressed. I really like the pharmacy manager Ritesh. He always has been very kind. After a call to Corporate a measure from that store did call and apologized and was very kind. The experience was overall unpleasant

By far the rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered. I'm currently deployed and had a question about mixing 2 medications. She was clearly aggravated I couldn't pronounce the names of the mediations and was frustrated when I didn't have a prescription number. She was rudely cutting me off when I was trying to describe what the medication was for. Normally my birthday and name is enough considering I've been going to Walgreens since I was a kid. She had a thick accent, and if I had her name I would be filing a complaint to corporate.

Close to us when we needed some.emergency supplies. Also friendly employees clean store organized operating very efficient. Definetly the best pharmacy around here

This drug store is not in my neighborhood but I desperately needed a 24 hour pharmacy on Sunday night at 10 pm and this was the closest I could find. I spoke to the Pharmacist, Justin, who was amazingly helpful and patient. I would give a million stars if I could. Thank you for being there. I am forever grateful.

This pharmacy is continually one of the worst I have ever been to in my life. I am now looking into how to report this pharmacy or escalate this to a higher authority. I am seriously doing my research on this because the staff at this Walgreens are the worst staff I have ever seen ANYWHERE. They all lack customer service skills or general skills for interacting with other human beings. I have only come here twice in my life and have had a horrific experience at this particular Walgreens not once but BOTH times I have ever been here. The pharmacist "Fred" is rude and disgusting and needs to be fired. He does not deserve to work here. He is the worst pharmacist I have ever come across and I'm quite surprised that he was even able to become a pharmacist with his atrocious treatment of customers. I came here because my normal Walgreens pharmacy is closed at this time (10:00 PM) and I needed a refill of a single-dose medication that my doctor told me I could have two of. I got the initial dose yesterday afternoon. I came back for the second dose tonight because the symptoms had been continually concerning. I was told by "Fred" the pharmacist that I have to wait 20 minutes for the medication. I came back around after more than 20 minutes and he looked at me like he had never seen me before and asked how he could help me. I stated that I had been here over 20 minutes ago and he said "oh, right, I didn't even start working on it yet." He then takes all of my information all over again as if this is his first time seeing me. He looks into getting me the medication and comes back and tells me that I am not able to get it today because I have to wait 24 hours from the last time I got the medication to be able to get it again. I explained to him that I had gotten it over 24 hours ago (around 3:00 PM yesterday and it is now 10:30 PM). He said "I don't mean to argue with you but..." and the rest was nonsense. I literally got the medication over 24 hours ago and met the guidelines to have the prescription filled again and was told I could not get it. He told me to come back tomorrow morning. He wasted my time and when I mentioned this he did not seem apologetic about it. I called the pharmacy a little while after I got home to see how I could go about taking action, and when he picked up the phone, without even hearing me say a word, he said "there are too many people here" and put me on hold! Wow, this guy is among the trashiest of employees I have ever seen! I will definitely be looking into another 24/7 pharmacy because of my odd work hours, but in the meantime I will also be spreading the word to others not to go to this pharmacy and finding out how I can report these horrible pharmacy employees.
