I absolutely love this hospital and the workers there. My furbaby needed emergency surgery and I was told by my vet to take her directly there. When I arrived they were ready for me and came out immediately to take her back. They kept me informed with everything and I mean everything and treated my baby with so much love. I greatly appreciate them. They were a bit far from me but if I ever (hopefully I don't) but if I ever need to take my baby to an emergency hospital again, I will definitely take her back to them. They are a bit pricey but well worth every penny!!

All of the staff at Blue Pearl have been compationate,courteous, friendly and professional. They explained the who procedure for our pet and gave us updates about her procedure .

Everything about the team at Blue Pearl Levittown was exquisite. My dog came in with complications related to a rare disease she has. The front desk staff was SO friendly and were so accommodating despite the huge influx of patients that were coming through the door the first night. The internal medicine team that primarily took care of my dog was also exceptional. The first day after Blu was admitted, Dr. Brooks stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour talking me through what was happening with my dog, what their plan was, why that was their plan and answered all of my questions. They called me every morning and afternoon each of the four days that my dog was in the ICU, and despite the fact that Blu had many ups and downs throughout her time there, I could not have been more trusting of Dr. Klag’s and Dr. Brooks ability to take care of her. Despite how complicated her case was, they had my full confidence and both sat with me for as long as I needed whenever I would come to visit my dog to talk me through the situation. I truly cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this team and how much better they made this extremely stressful situation. Because the team is so great, competent and kind, including the internal medicine team and every other doctor and nurse I came into contact with, I am actually withholding from returning to my primary residence in NYC to be close to this care team until we are 100% confident that Blu is stable and okay. There are not enough words in the world to thank the full Blue Pearl team ?

Every time I have gone to Blue Pearl in Levittown everyone has been extremely helpful, caring, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have been there under some very difficult circumstances as well as some not as bad and I can’t say enough GREAT things about the staff. Everyone: the front desk reception, the check out staff, the vet techs, the vet residents, the vets, and I think there are also vet nurses. I never hesitate to go there for specialty care and emergency care and I recommend them to others.

Blue Pearl did a FHO on my new puppy, Bucky - he has been pain free for almost 1.5 years. I had to run by late last week, when I saw some blood in his stool - which made me very nervous. The doctor examined him and diagnosed it as some slight colitis - a huge relief. She prescribed an anti-biotic and Bucks was good as new a few days later. They also marvelled at how cute he is - a 4.2 pound Yorkie and the love of my life (don't tell my other 2 puppers).

Promptly taken for preset appointment with our dog.
They were able to do an ultrasound and a tissue sample in the same visit. Wait time was minimal. We were notified of biopsy results the next day.

I am so thankful for the staff at Blue Pearl Levittown for saving my dog Dexter’s life. He was in bad shape suffering from BOAS. Dexter stopped breathing and had to have a trach put in and BOAS surgery. Three days later my baby is home and doing amazing! On more than one occasion, Blue Pearl Levittown has saved my pet’s lives. They are not cheap, but I know my pets are being well cared for when they are there. A pet tip from someone who has owned dogs my entire life, get insurance!

Our Cavalier King Charles has been treated by Dr. Michael Jennings, dental surgery, and Dr. Karen Meltzer, for ongoing cardiology evaluations and we could not be more pleased with their expertise and care. The staff and facility are exceptional as well. I remember thinking that it would be wonderful if my own medical team were as caring and thorough as Drs. Jennings and Meltzer!

Our black lab of 10 years old just went in for unknown mass removal surgery (as of now-waiting for pathology results) and a major lipoma surgery in his his groin area.
Let me tell you that the surgeon Dr. Macleod and her Staff are absolutely top shelf. They were very accommodating for the 48 hours that he was there, I was even able to come and visit. There is just nothing that I can say badly about our experience at this hospital.
I would also like to make note of the Dermatology Department (Dr. Spiegal) which we have been working with for 9 years and their top shelf Service as well.
Thank you to the rest of the entire staff that always puts in their effort on Kelty's behalf.
I am the overprotective dad. I'm not just letting anybody put their hands on my guy. This is the place if you want the care.

My little man Chester went to Blue Pearl to be treated for his cancer. Dr Campbell and his staff were excellent. So kind and caring. Dr Campbell always allied me to be part of the decision making process. Answered all of my questions

I have always taken my dog and cat to VSEC for emergencies/complicated situations, so when I got there and found out the name changed, I was a little nervous. However, I quickly felt at ease from the moment someone offered to help me get my 93 pound shaking dog out of the car. The vet was patient enough to answer all my questions so I could make an informed decision about the care of her. I think it’s pricey there but to me it’s worth it knowing that I will have excellent care. I appreciated getting information beyond her digestive system after the ultrasound. After she swallowed part of a toy, I didn’t think i would also find out about the health of her liver and kidneys. I will return there if need be.
