“Bought a beautiful VW Jetta yesterday. Had a few questions this morning and was fully helped. The response to my questions was prompt and clear.
Also salesman was great. I called ahead of time said I want this car and was told to come on down. No up selling, no tryin to get me to finance or anything grimey. It was straight to the point and easy process.
That being said it is a rebuilt title, but I was informed ahead of signing the documents and was provided a Carfax report showing the accident report on said car.
I see many reviews complaining about rebuilt/salvage titles on some purchased vehicles from here. Well it's in the paperwork given to you at signing so we just kinda have to accept that there may be some minor things after that need to be fixed. It's not ideal but it happens.
Do as I did and take it to your local mechanic and let them give you a second opinion. But if they offered to help and you don't accept their help don't leave a review bashing them.
