I went yesterday with two full bags of mostly new tagged clothing. The girl made a mistake in her "evaluation" of the clothing having looked at one person's and then thought it was mine and closed the sale with me. The other customer and I realized her error and brought it to her attention. That being figured out, with the help of her manager and then their district manager, she told me she needed "20 minutes or so" to go thru my bags. Within 5 minutes she called me to the front and said they couldn't make me an offer because the jean jeggins don't sell well , etc. There was ONE pair of jean jeggins. The other clothes looked untouched. Obviously not re-folded. There is no way she could have gone thru approximately 35 pieces of clothing in that amount of time. Something told me that she "couldn't make me an offer" because she screwed up with my account. Her comment regarding the jeggins (which were on top) set off a definite red light. I felt as though her honesty was definitely compromised which in turn made me question the store's operating procedures. Not best practice by any means! If you screwed up be honest and say it! Don't lie to customers with some lame excuse about jeggins sitting on the top of the pile not selling. Even if they don't which is fine don't say you need 20 minutes and then you are called back up in 5.

I bought in a bunch of garage jeans and clothes i’ve barely worn to sell and the worker told me it was worn out so she couldn’t buy anything. considering all the clothes they have that was worn out and not it I was shocked. If you’re looking to sell your clothes don’t go here you will get nothing. need better buyers.

Not worth trying to sell clothes here. They have stained, worn out sneakers and clothing but when you bring in brand new brand name clothing it’s not worth it to them. They’d rather sell dirty, worn out clothes and sneakers. Or offer Pennies for brand name clothing. They sell shirts you get for free at sporting events for $20-$30 (waste of money)

I only gave it 1 star because I had to, they would have gotten 0 stars if it was an option. I went to this store to sell about $2000 worth of White House Black Market clothes and received $17. I wasn’t expecting to get what I paid but I was expecting to be treated with respect. 95% of what I sold still had tags on them and I questioned the lady that helped me and asked why I only got $17, she started throwing the clothes back on the counter, saying, “not what we’re looking for, not what we need, do you want them back” and was just really nasty to me for no reason. I wouldn’t go back in that store if it was the last place on earth, not to buy things or sell things!!!! Give a second thought if you do decide to shop here and know they how they treat their customers! DISRESPECTFUL!
