Everything went very smooth and timely. Hermes was extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure on everything I needed. She was able to help me figure it out and get me on the road. I showed up late for my reservation and thankfully she stayed a few extra minutes just to make sure I was set. Great service

most amazing place ever ! life saver Hermis is the most amazing customer service rep they have she made everything super easy and did not hesitate to help me even tho they were basically closed, highly recommend this U-haul center and def ask for Hermis !
