DO NOT GO THERE ... I used a kioks to send a package i scanned it they give me a receipt now it said invalid tracking number and they can't help me and call ups .... Ups can't help me either because invalid tracking number

You'd think that all UPS stores are pretty much the same, but it's not true. This one is consistently friendly and helpful.

This location charges you $2.12 to print out a label. That is a major rip off scam. The ups store on Street Rd which 7 minutes away charge .26 cents.to print labels Do not support this location There is another location in Yardley by the Giant that is also a better location and does not overcharge for printing labels. Again, do not support this location, especially in this economy. This is not a business that supports or cares about our community.

The expert multitasking, efficiency & friendly cordiality I saw all 3 employees exhibit during the lengthy time I was there. The store was very busy & they served a multitude of customers needing different things. The lady helping me w copies, emails & faxes went back & forth between me & other customers with ease- never forgetting me or where she was with me & kept me posted while awaiting fax confirmations. I was, quite frankly, amazed! I couldn't have done it! Esp keeping my cool w an irate customer over the phone in the midst of a constant stream of traffic coming in on a summer Friday afternoon. I've been to other UPS stores where you could never count on these digital office tasks being avail, so I called ahead to make sure they would be & was relieved to hear they would be. They even had a chair in the corner of this tiny store where I could sit & fill out forms I'd just printed to be faxed- a great relief as I use a cane & can't stand for long- plus had to wait for a ride when done (& had to finish in time for the pu). This lady worked as fast as she could to help get me done in time- even tho they were SO busy & I was really impressed how calm & collected AND ATTENTIVE they ALL stayed in the midst of such madness! Well done UPS team & THANKS! I'll be back♥️

Went in today for a time sensitive matter.. Trevor and Charlotte were absolutely AMAZING!! They both went above and beyond to help me. I have medical issues and when Trevor saw me struggling to stand, he,without hesitation, went and grabbed a chair so I would be safe. He was very friendly and genuinely concerned about me. We were talking in between his having customers and he made me feel like a friend rather than a stranger who just came in the store. Several customers came in while I was there and he gave them the above and beyond service, he gave me. He treated each one with respect and friendliness. Charlotte was also the sweetest.. I had a moment,if you will, and she talked with me and gave me a hug to help me feel better. Both Trevor and Charlotte are what I call a "dream employee"... Every boss wants employees who takes the customer service experience to an above average level and this UPS store is lucky that they have 2.. Thank you Trevor and Charlotte for making my experience a memorable one. I live on the other side of Levittown however whenever I need UPS, I'll be coming back to see you two. I appreciate you both and again THANK YOU for your excellent service ?

Had to return a dog bed back to Amazon.The box was very small and items were vacuum packed.I got everything back in but the mattress part which I put in a bag. I was charged $9.00 for a cardboard box. I see the same box at Walmart for 83 cents. Talk about price gouging! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
