Im so sorry to see the shop and station closed. All those years.I know the owner Bob had prostate cancer .. i know he was scheduled for surgery... I pray all went well but fear it did not.Prayers for the family and thank you and Pete for the many years of quality mechanics!!

Come here if you enjoy having the pump shut down before closing or mid pump. Not because there's an issue or lack of your funds, or because it's past closing hours posted. Not the first time.

Not using this gas station again. I stopped to get gas after work, I get out to pump my own gas and the pin pad is asking me to enter a dollar amount. I was planning on filling up my tank and I didn't know how to bypass the question. I tried to cancel the transaction and go to a different pump, but it wouldn't let me. Shortly after a man comes out to help me (I say Hi and he says nothing), and I explain to him I didn't have to do this last time. He tells me it's full service and I proceed to stand there with him as he presses what buttons he needs to. Before leaving I check my receipt and notice I was charged THIRTY MORE CENTS PER GALLON for getting gas at the "full service" pump-- mind you the full vs self service sign is completely hidden and not obvious at all. (I pulled in to the spot I did because of the side my tank is on, and the direction I needed to be facing to pull out of the drive.) I felt taken advantage of completely. This man saw me get out of my car, try to pump the gas myself, a fully capable young female, but proceeded to go through with my transaction at the full service pump without mentioning the cost difference. THE PRICE DIFFERENCE IS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE, BE WARNED! Would hate to see this man take advantage of any others who are not aware of this.

This gas station has full service and self service pumps which is helpful if you dont want to fill your tank yourself on rainy days. They have a auto repair garage to fix your vehicle. The place is always busy and gas prices are competive.

Went to get gas told the guy $20 he only put 15 and kept the rest of the money this is not the first time this has happened to me at this gas station...another time told the guy 40 and he only put 20 HE POCKETED THE OTHER 20 and it's always the same guy...this made me very angry

First of all they charge $20+tax to get your flat tire fixed. I went there to get my flat tire fixed on Black Friday morning, got it fixed. On Saturday morning it was flat again so I had to call roadside assistance, got the air and went back there with the receipt from previous day, explained the situation and they said they would take care of it. When it was done they wanted me to pay $21.20 again because there was another screw and I might have gotten it after I got it fixed the first time. I thought it was unfair that I had to pay again since if they found the second screw at the first time, I didn't think I had to pay it for the second time. Then they told me they charge by the screw or nail. WOW THAT JUST BLEW MY MIND. I am not patronizing them anymore again with flat tires or gas.

I've been having my cars serviced at Hughes since I first got my license over 15 years ago, and every experience I've had with them has been positive. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service I've gotten at other mechanics doesn't even compare - highly recommend this business.

Went there 1 wk ago bc I needed air in my tire. First, I like that the air pump is FREE! Second, it was too cold for me to pump and, I cldnt figure out their air pump. A nice man that worked there pumped air in my tire and checked and filled up the rest of my tires as well! I would go back there, recommend them and, give them my business anytime. Lastly, gas prices are comparable as well.
