BEWARE of Mike (of Speedway Automotive, Levittown, PA) Mike took advantage of me when I needed him to help me with our truck that we had owned for 25 years. The truck was kept in immaculate condition, in and out, from day one.My truck needed a module (which was discontinued). Mike said he couldn't get one and the truck can't be fixed. I told him that a company, named Flagship refurbishes them and even programs them. He said he wouldn't work with Flagship because he didn't trust them and wasn't going to take a chance with getting ripped off. So, I told him that I would buy the part and take the chance with this company. Mike told me that he couldn't wait too long and that he would not be able to keep the truck at his location without charging me for storage. Flagship was great, they worked with me, but Mike kept pushing me to get the truck out of his shop. Flagship worked with me and got the part to me. But unfortunately, the part didn't work- But Flagship offered to send me another one. But Mike wouldn't wait. I FELT SO PRESSURED. He said bring me the title, I will get rid of it for you. The junk yard will only give you $600.00. I BELIEVED HIM and didn't know what to do with the truck. Stupid me! Not knowing what to do and believing what was being told to me, I Sold it.After a few days I felt so bad about selling my beloved truck I went back to the garage pleading with Mike to sell me back the truck. He said that he would have to let me know since one of the guys wanted to work on it. NOW someone can work on it. Now that I sold it to him. WHAT?A few weeks later, not being able to sleep since I missed the truck, I went back to Mike to see if I could buy the truck back from him since it was still sitting in the work bay. I guess storage fees were no longer an issue since I sold it to him. Mike informed me that the kid working on it was able to get it up and running and he would sell it back to me for $2400.00 and it would come with NO guarantees, and he didn't know what else could go wrong. With Mike making it seem like the truck wasn't going to last, I did NOT purchase it back from him. ONLY A month later, the truck was up for sale. Mike sold it for $4500 and said in his description that this is a "GREAT RUNNING Truck". I feel like Mike knowing what he could get for this truck took advantage of my state of mind at the time since I didn't know what to do with the truck. Instead of him guiding me to get my beloved truck up and running he instead took advantage and made it seem like he was doing me a favor. The only thing Mike did was take advantage of an older lady that was seeking his help with a truck. Please beware when dealing with Mike at Speedway. Make sure you get a second opinion on anything that doesn't seem right. I learned a very valuable lesson dealing with him.

Called and asked if they were busy and if they could do an oil change. They said sure come on by, I had just worked a 12 hour shift and showed up signed in and waited for over an hour when I noticed my car hadn't even been pulled into the bay. Finally I saw an employee and asked for my keys and he replied "did he ring you out yet?" Turns out they just forgot i was there. This isn't the first time this happend to me with those guys so im just gonna save myself the hassle and do it myself.

Used to think that they were great .My schedule is very busy . They are open till 6. I arrive at 5:15 and they tell me they are closing up. Then change your hours of operation . I'll take my business elsewhere . I only wanted a oil change . Loss of money on your part .

Took my car for inspection. I felt like the guys were courteous and honest. I’m happy with their work and would recommend them. Service was pretty quick too.

I've been going to these guys for years and they have been very helpful, communicative and accomodating. I plan to keep taking my cars there.

I needed work done to my car on a Saturday, well every station i called wouldn't give me the time of day... So I took a chance with speedway and they got me in and out and were very friendly too! No job is too big or small for these guys! I would recommend them to a friend definitely!
