I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent blood collection service I received here from one of a lab assistant. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The lab assistant who conducted the blood draw was noticeably unprofessional. At the site of the injection, I didn't merely experience a typical bruise; instead, I developed an enormous hematoma accompanied by a noticeable lump. This is not only aesthetically displeasing but also has caused me considerable discomfort. I expected some level of bruising as a common side effect, but the severity of the hematoma with a visible lump was unexpected and concerning.I believe it is crucial for healthcare professionals, especially those involved in blood collection, to prioritize the comfort and well-being of patients. In this instance, the lack of professionalism during the procedure and the subsequent development of a substantial hematoma has left me dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to review and improve the training and procedures within your blood collection service. Patients deserve a level of care and professionalism that ensures a positive and safe experience during these medical procedures.

Sean was the person I had to draw my blood. He put he put the tourniquet on my arm very tightly which I’m used to. and stop me in the right hand arm, and it hurt like crazy his shot from my elbow all the way down to my hand I am still in pain my whole arm hurts. I do not want to have them again.

Everyone who's complaining about long waits could have avoided waiting by scheduling an appointment. I came in 10 mins before my appointment time, checked in at the kiosk, and was seen within 10-12 minutes upon arrival. The lady who took care of me was absolutely awesome and made the entire process pleasant.

Never again. The wait wasn’t long. There’s that. There was a lot of people in the waiting room. I have NOOoo problem giving blood. In fact, I watch the whole process. I sat down in the chair and the woman barely acknowledged me. Took my paperwork….there was a used glove on the chair when I sat down. I said something, but I don’t know if she heard me. I have urine first. Sat down…the used glove was STILL there. I removed it with a tissue. The woman came over and started everything. Didn’t say a word. NEVER EVEN INTRODUCED HERSELF. Like whaaaa? Started sticking me and wiggling around the needle while it was punctured in my skin. Kept wiggling…um very uncomfortable. She then called another tech in to find my vein. Again, no introduction. No acknowledgment. The needle is in me this whole time. The other tech finally found my vein. I got a half hearted have a nice day and ran outta there. If you have the ability to go to another location. Please do. There was a woman with special needs there in a wheel chair and I am hoping she received better care than I did. I don’t expect unicorns and rainbows, but damn, that was not even a decent experience.EDIT UPDATE: after I left my arm started swelling after ten minutes, and I burst right back into that place and demanded somebody help me. A kind woman Pam addressed my issue. Apparently it’s a hematoma. She wrapped it really tight and told me to alternate ice and heat. I’m in chronic pain right now for other reasons, last thing I need is Now my arm hurting and my finger tingling. I’m super angry. Like blood boiling. Pun intended. I would have NO PROBLEM if this was a mistake and somebody was kind and apologetic after wiggling a needle around in my arm. I’m a reasonable person. This was terrible. I’m filing a complaint with quest. Absolutely ridiculous and unecessary.

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience!!! The Technician the drawn my blood was very rude, and talked to me in such a disgusted manner. I was scared to let her take my blood, I thought she was gonna purposely hurt me.

After reading several reviews about Quest Diagnostics in Levittown, I was a bit apprehensive to go. My visit was flawless. I walked into a clean and crowed waiting room, where people were being taken care of quickly. In fact my wait time was less than I was told. The technician was perfect. She was very professional and made my visit painless. Thank you Quest Diagnostics.

There’s absolutely nobody that you can see for help at all and the wait is crazy I made an appointment for 12 got here at 1140 and was still here until we’ll after 130 just waiting to be called. As they continue to chat and giggle while doing no work with no patients I am very fond of the other locations but definitely not worth your time here save yourself before you spend the day coming

The lady that was working was very disrespectful and the wait was horrible. There was only 1 other person in the room and she let someone back before me and the other person and they also didn’t have an appointment.
