I'll never order anything from yall again... service sucks shipping sucks communication sucks etc waste my time for a while week and have my money tied up for a damn motor yall can't send and can't communicate about... had I ordered from ec carbs the day after I ordered from yall when it went back in stock for them, I would have had my motor already... instead I'm just now reordering it from them because yall aren't worth a crap for any type of service weather it be ordering shipping or communicating about any of it!!!

SLOW SHIPPING. Ordered Monday at 9Am EST and it was supposed to ship out that day. I paid for 3 day shipping on top of it so I would guarantee it by Friday. Did not ship till Tuesday and they shipped it value mail USPS. Now it wont show up till Saturday and USPS never delivers on Saturday to my location for some reason.

I tried to purchase stainless steel, three-piece, clone push rods from omb online, but I received not stainless steel, not three piece, and definitely did not match the picture at all. They tried to tell me to use them ,because they will work it's not a problem! It is a problem because what they sent was entirely wrong and illegal for the type of engine that I built and race! It cost me money to return the items because of their mistake. Very poor customer service when possible buy from Amazon they treat you right!

Canadian customer here. They do not make it evident enough that they use ups to ship parts. Unfortunately ups like to charge huge import fees. I ordered a set of wheels a clutch and a brake drum totalling over 650 dollars canadian after import fees. Absolute JOKE. Ill order from china next time and ill be in touch with customer service to see about sending the parts back!
