Nina helped me with my purchase, and she seemed wonderful....at first. I then had an issue with my base remote within one week. From July- Oct. I tried to get a replacement or any direction as to what to do. I was told to put in a claim, then that company stated the manufacturer's warranty was still in effect and redirected me to the correct company. Nina NEVER follow up after she stated she would have to call her supervisor. I ended up calling the manufacturer and eventually received the remote. Three months after purchase of having to remedy the problem was inconvenient and unprofessional. Another thing which was odd - I paid in full at time of purchase, however, Nina stated several times that I should use their finance company rather than pay cash. No help from the store directly, and they should know what to do if there are mechanical or other such issues with their products.

Ok so my bf and I went in searching for the best mattress for us and let me tell you Nina was the best. She helped us choose the best mattress for us and included the mattress cover and an adjustable bedframe for us. She was very friendly and informative and great with customers. I am so grateful to have worked with Nina all the way down in Clermont, FL, even after visiting the one here. My mom and sister just used her for mattresses and recommended I speak to her. Her communication about our mattress and additional purchases was thoughtful and relevant to what we needed. Everything was clearly explained to what we are receiving and paying for. I cannot wait to sleep better and be pain free.

I felt like Steve was so kind, i had to step outside to cry. I couldn’t believe how sympathetic this man was to my circumstances. I literally did just that! No high sales tactics, just an old school Dad type helping you out. The next day i went in to purchase something else, Nina took over on my delivery and i asked if they’d move a mattress i had, and she said they are such great guys they will do whatever you ask, but followed up with; i will tell them what you asked and they will do it too. These people are the real deal. No schemes or rip offs. I’m so thankful for their help in my life at this time. Sending some business your way soon. Look for a guy name Dave!
