“Revising my review since HBS followed up and Andy came back and took care of the issue.I had bunch of window balancers replaced by Hamilton Building Supply. Two of them in my kids rooms broke within couple of weeks and upon emailing them several times, sales manager and lead technician kept promising replacements but never bothered showed up on scheduled dates. No apologies and no call backs. Never again doing business with HBS”
“Although we didn't use them I am still giving them 5 stars. Promptly answered all emails as well as face to face questions. Came out in a timely manner and furnished a decent and honest estimate, that we could present to our insurance company that we were having an issue with at the time.”
“Paul Davis Restoration recommended several tile stores, and we started and ended with Greg at the Tile Shop. He was fantastic at assisting us with our primary bath renovation. Greg knew the product, gave us all the time and attention we needed and helped us put together something beautiful that will last many years. He took the spec from the contractor and ordered exactly what was needed to complete the job. I also had a follow-up with Bob, who was just as much of a pleasure to work with. “Love Ollie's Shopping...I got all new pots for my summer plants....prices are great....we got a new patio umbrella that was much cheaper than most stores had...I always get my bird seed and suet at Ollie's as well...anything you need for the kitchen Ollie's has and great prices also!! Ollie's also has as seen on TV section which I love to look thru. And mallow cups and all the candy you want they've got!!”
“While the products available at the store 10 to change from time to time and items on their advertisement might sell out rather quickly their pricing is such that it's very attractive place to shop. I've always had good interaction with the staff here everybody's always very polite and informative. It's just a nice place to find good deals on food, appliances, furniture, flooring, automotive stuff, clothing, etc. Just keep in mind this is a closeout store so their product lines are always changing”

I am a contractor (40+ kitchens a year) and not only do I love using them because they are so easy going and reliable but my customers love them to ! I call them a day before I need a template and within 24-48 hours they are on site doing a template! Then 6-7 days later they are installing perfect quality tops. ( most companies 2 weeks) They easily cut a week out of my kitchen lead times and the quality is still there. Andre is always available and willing to accommodate.
