My car was stolen and towed here once it was found. I had to go there to pay the towing fee to be able to get the car. Called ahead of time to see if I could pay by phone, of course not. Then I got there and the lady said she called me multiple times to tell me it’s cash only. I got zero calls/voicemails and had no cash, so I had to leave and come back. Once I got back she said she told me I had to go to the other building last time to pay, she didn’t. I was told by the cop it should be the lowest rate being that the car was stolen and not my fault. Well the lowest rate is $275, one of the fees being not having the keys when it was towed. Guess I should’ve known to give the car thief the keys ahead of time. Will absolutely never go here and make sure everyone I know doesn’t either. Horrible service.

This place is trash and unprofessional. They're trying to get paid twice for an incomplete job. The girl, Mandy, sucks at communication and is not a woman of her word. As a customer, I should not be the one following up constantly. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy

I would highly recommend John’s Auto Body and service center.My first time there and will definitely be going back there.The service was excellent,personable and professional staff.Pricing is reasonable considering the world in which we live in.

They replaced a door on my car.
Ingot the car back not only with a fixed door they also detailed the car very nicely.

Given that all of the auto manufacturers have been on strike for so long, it was a reasonable amount of time before they were able to get the parts. They were excellent and keeping in contact with me as far as the progress of receiving the parts. Once the parts were in, it took them a reasonable amount of time to do the work and have my truck returned to me beautifully detailed inside and out. This is a great shop with really good people who work there. And I know that it’s hard to find good mechanics and auto body folks these days. Thank you so much for restoring my truck back to her glory and thank you so much for being awesome people!

Had 2 vehicles that were in accidents repaired at John's. They did an awesome job on both vehicles. Can't say enough about the quality of work they did. The paint job looks amazing and matched up perfectly to the original colors. Very happy with the results, and highly recommend them! Also, a very friendly staff that kept me informed throughout the process.

Very professional operation from Rita, who runs the office to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. I feel confident that work that was done was necessary, done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs vehicle service done.
