This man solves any & every issue, every time. I came in crying with no AC because my Ac stopped working on Sunday.... He got me a loaner car at 7:45am Monday morning just in time so I could get to work. Although the prices for the new AC was a lot (for my budget lol) he doesn't make the prices but he sure did help me so much even after coming in about 10 times a day with a million questions & each time he was super nice & answered every question I had. He is very nice & professional & gets everything done way faster then expected. My mind is at ease knowing if I ever have any issue I can come in & Jon will get it done.

I would have given a lower rating if possible
My wife went to Fred Beans service department because her oil was low and could not get the oil cap off
The last time it was serviced was at Fred Beans. And not only did she get an oil change, she got brakes, tire rotation, fuel injection service, etc
She arrives at Fred Beans and they say she hasn't been there before. WHAT?
Explains how the oil cap will not come off
Guy from the service department tries, than gets a wrench and gets the cap off. Says he put it back on loosely. WHAT?
We need it on correctly, not loosely
Ask for a new cap, charge us $32 & change for a new cap.
A CAP THAT THEY BROKE ON HER LAST VISIT
One last thing. When calling Fred Beans to explain our issue, the guy that answered the phone asked how she knew the oil was low if we couldn't get the cap off. Said, "Used the dip stick".
He replied, "that is not the most accurate reading". WHAT?
I give Fred Beans service department
ZERO Stars

Kind and friendly returned vehicle detailed ready for pick up but a service light came back on and there was another issue we have to address. When a dealer has your vehicle for several weeks they ARE responsible to take care of it so nothing else happens, in this case I'm not sure they realize that.

Just had an engine replacement done on my 2015 Hyundai genesis which cost a fortune , after spending $1500 on a new radiator and thermostat. So me leaving a 5 star review may not seem ideal but it’s was earned.
My 5 star review is a reflection of my experience with the Service Manager Andrew Weir. Andrew was patient and took time to help me find alternative ways to get an affordable engine in my car, when Hyundai America loyalty program was no help at all (my engine which I insured up to 100k miles developed problem at about 300 miles over the warranty, and Hyundai could not assist in any way. Needless to say this was my 4th Hyundai and my second Genesis, but I digress). Andrew demonstrated empathy and was very patient with explaining details of steps. Fast forward about 2 months later, an affordable engine with lower mileage was purchased and installed.
As a result of the high cost associated with my repair, Andrew promised to speak to the GM and based on his efforts the cost out the door came down substantially.
I will recommend Fred Beans because of this experience.

Indifferent to be honest. First couple of times, I could make an appointment a week or two in advance, and be in and out (everything so far has been simple stuff). Not sure if it's covid/lack of workers related but the past three times, I've have to wait a month or two for an appointment, and doesn't matter if I'm the first person to be serviced in the morning, it's 2-3 hours of waiting, compared to a 1 hour range. Also they should tell you the approximate time frame and to change your waiting service. Not one person asked if I wanted to change and use the shuttle service
Edit: a year later and same. Make sure to make your appointments well in advance. Takes like 2-3 months waiting for an inspection or oil change and 2-3 hours for waiting. Scheduling has become more difficult for some reason. When scheduling online, you have to manipulate the wait at the dealership or have a ride to get the times and days that you want. I still wait, just tell them the ride didn't work out and I'll be waiting. Oh well.

Not a fan of the service team.Fortunately, the new advisor who was only with the dealership a short time was courteous and displayed excellent customer service. The above rating is due to him, not the service department in general.

Decent car selection and friendly staff but the loan process is like being cut up and left in the ocean for sharks ( banks) to rip you apart .

Short version: Don't go here, they will try to rip you offLong version: The check engine light came on in my car and, unfortunately, my regular mechanic did not have the tool that he would need to fix it. He advised that I could either wait for him to get it, or take it to a dealer. I decided to take it to the dealer, and my mechanic replaced the windshield wipers, as he had noticed they needed to be changed (this part is important).I dropped my car off on a Wednesday after work, and was assured that it would be ready to be picked up the following day. The next day, I received a call that it was not ready, no repairs had been made, and that my cars timing chain would also need to be replaced ( a $3000 repair). Additionally, they said my windshield wipers would also need to be replaced, the windshield wipers that were brand new.At this point, it seemed pretty obvious to me that they were trying to add on additional repairs that were unnecessary just to make some extra money, so I asked for my car back. I was told this wasn't possible, and that I would have to come back for it tomorrow. Finally, I was able to get my car back and to take it to my regular mechanic to have the timing chain looked at. It's a good thing I did, because he confirmed that the chain was fine, and that it looked like no one even took the car apart enough to even be able to check it. I had heard bad things about Fred Beans Hyundai from friends, but now I can say from my own experience that it's best to avoid this place as best as you can. My next car will definitely not be a Hyundai just so I can be sure I'll never have to use Fred Beans Hyundai again.
