No! No! No!
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. We saw Mark, who was rude and incompetent. He was muttering under his breath while doing our taxes , complaining and talking about how he didn’t know what to do. Our questions were answered with sarcasm.
Because Mark was taking so long, he was running behind in his appointments. The receptionist kept coming back and interrupting our appointment to get him to hurry up. Mark and the receptionist argued.
Mark kept leaving our appointment to talk to the person waiting. Then he would come back, sit down and mutter to himself about not knowing how to do our taxes. He and the receptionist made us feel like a bother.
Since we were annoyed and didn’t trust that Mark would do our taxes correctly, we left without getting them done. We will never go back.

The tax professional that answered my call was polite and professional and explained the entire process from the beginning. They went through all of my documents and then asked some more questions and requested a few more documents to analyze my situation. I was happily relieved when they called back to say everything was completed and I would be getting a refund! I couldn't be happier with the speed and professionalism I experienced with my new tax professional.

This location is a complete joke. Run for your lives if considering them. From the online appointment scheduling which does NOT match actual availability to the lady that sits t the front desk and answers phones. She has a complete lack of computer knowledge and can only recommend I cancel my appointment and go elsewhere. ZERO faith in HR Block going forward.

Awesome service!Vanessa Anderson was very thorough and knowledgeable about taxes. She took the time to answer all the questions. She didn't rush. She has excellent customer service and good bedside manners.

I was very disappointed by the customer service and lack of communication at this location, until I met Dorota Kizewska, who was a saint.Originally scheduled a 15min consultation to drop off my paperwork but received a voicemail stating that they believed that I did not need a consultation, just a drop off appointment. I did not approve this change but wasn't given another choice to keep my original request. I got stuck with just a drop off appointment at the end of February and was told that I was already assigned to an agent, Lisa Blanco. After several weeks, I began to worry that I had not heard back from her on the status of my paperwork.In total, I called four times, sent one email to Lisa, and came into the office twice (after the initial drop off). Each time, I was told that my tax preparer only works on the weekends and "would get back to me." On my last visit to the office, I was finally given helpful information - the paperwork had been started but then got shoved back into the filing cabinet with no further action taken.Dorota Kizewska was able to sit down with me and go over a couple questions and said she could have everything ready by the next day and sure enough, she did!!

So disappointed in the complete lack of transparency from this company. I chose the more expensive option for my filing this year because I needed the help. I answered questions about my needs this tax season and what all I would be filing. I was never woven a quote for what filing would cost me and I ended up paying over 5 times what was advertised online. I am disgusted with this company.Additionally, when I first scheduled an appointment here I made one for 9 am when they opened. I sat alongside three other customers waiting for their 9 am appointments and every employee scheduled to work with us was late by 15-20 minutes. The first woman who showed up gave no acknowledgement to customers and instead could be heard making nasty comments about “who touched my computer? Who touched my pen???” How about show up on time to your job and maybe you’d be less frazzled coming into work. I had to come back to finish my taxes a second day and this same women still had the worst professional attitude I’d ever witnessed. My guy was 20 minutes late and then needed 10 more minutes to get his computer started or something, making him 30 minutes late (the appointments are only scheduled for an hour). At this point I wanted to walk out, how am I supposed to trust anyone with my taxes if they can’t show up to their job on time or parade around an office acting that unprofessional? Luckily, the receptionist and only other employee who was on time recognized my frustration and the other employee took me on as a client instead of me waiting for the man. These two employees were wonderful and kind.Overall though this was a terrible experience with the company and outside of the two good people mentioned above a terrible experience at this office. The manager even seemed incompetent when I spoke to her, I was shared my dissatisfaction and was met with “this is my first year here so I don’t know much about that but fill out the survey and be honest with your answers” while sitting there eating a snack while I was in tears. I will never file my taxes with this company again.
