Very nice and welcoming store. Extremely clean and great helpful staff. It’s not very busy at all. Larger than the East Windsor NJ store but about the same amount of foot traffic.

Stacy in kitchen design is Amazinggg. Highly recommend her for your kitchen needs. She designed our kitchen and hr turned out beautiful. Not only was she attentive and information she was friendly.

Poor customer service. Not enough employees. My husband and I had a ridiculous experience where we were making a return on a big bulky item and the woman made us feel super uncomfortable. She Insisted on opening the sealed package to make sure we didn't take the contents out and replace them with something else. This wasn't a quick one package open. Boxes were inside boxes and obviously since it was never opened, it took quite some time and it seemed incredibly offensive. After that scenario, we were looking to purchase a door but couldn't find help to have it taken down for us off of the upper shelf. We ended up leaving. Go to the home depot in Oxford Valley. It's not that far, and in my opinion, the customer service and selection is better.

I have purchased many items and warranties from this location. But when I need to use my warranty. It's not with Home Depot like states on my paper work . I have called to put in a claim only to have a rude customer service representative not help me . But hang up on me . So I paid almost a year ago for a warranty I can not use . Contacted the store to be told it's out of there hands . Wow great way to stand by your products.

I shop at this home depot and the bensalem one and this one by far is the better of the 2, i was here this weekend and the garden center was in great shape, everything was organized and it looked amazing i have never seen the bensalem store this nice. I was very impressed. I was in the garden center for about 10 minutes and within that time 2 associates came over and asked if i needed help finding something. Great Store.

Terrible Terrible place. Workers go out of their way to not help you. No one really seems to care whether you buy an here or not. It's managers are not around to inquire about getting some help. Avoid this store and go somewhere else.

This review is specifically for commercial carpet installation.... We buy a building. While it is empty we have brand new carpet installed ( I believe the company they use is called USIG). Carpet is installed looks good. We move in a ton of office furniture, filing cabinets, conference tables, etc. within one week seams are fraying all over the place! Apparently the technician did not properly glue down any of the seams!They agree to come out & replace the carpet but guess who has to move all of the furniture now? Can you imagine how this disrupts our actual work? How can one get proper work done when they are displaced from their office? Anywho... Second installer is supposed to come on a Monday to do 1/2 of the job. Monday comes & they are a no-show. This give us an extra day of being displaced. They come Tuesday & say they'll be back Friday for 2/2 of the job. Friday they are a no-show again. Now I have to pay a man overtime to come in on a Saturday to sit here while they get this done. Horrible!!!

Not a good time to be without an oven. Home depot screwed up and said the new one scheduled to be delivered on 11/21 was not arriving until Dec. 9th. When they contacted us on Saturday it was a pleasant surprise to hear they would have it at my house on 11/21 between 9-11 am. Then called back and said it was put on the wrong truck and would arrive between 6-8 pm. Then called again and said they can't find it. Called the manager at the store and blasted him about his delivery vendor. Oh well......only 16 more days to go without an a stove,.......so much for the Levittown store's consumer concern. The delivery date ....a bait and switch? May Bucks County Consumer Agency would agree.

I don't know if it's Home Depot in general or just the Tullytown one, but they are the worst. They have zero interest in customer satisfaction. We had a HD rep come out and give us an estimate for pergo flooring and he said the floor was a little uneven but it shouldn't be a problem. Ok, $6,000, no problem. We paid for the flooring and scheduled an installation day. I picked up the flooring myself( they charge an arm and leg for delivery) and carried 92 boxes of floor in my h
