I recently purchased a Groupon for a deep conditioning treatment st this salon. I figured since I was looking for s new salon this would be a good way to try them out. When i arrived at the shop the woman in charge was obviously annoyed that I was there and asked what I needed. I started explaining about the Groupon voucher that I had but before I could finish she abruptly said"I don't take those anymore. I told Groupon to take the promotion down. After repeating this several times I just left. While I understand that she might have a problem with Groupon she had no need to be rude to me. She very easily could have offered me some sort of conditioning that I would have paid for. She lost a potential customer and I suggest you do not go there.

I had the most embarrassing and humiliating experience at this salon today. I made an appointment for a perm in person on Thursday. The hairdresser checked my hair, asked me some question said she could do it. I arrive for my appointment today and I am asked the same questions again by a different hairdresser. When I answer the questions with the same responses as last time I am repeatedly grilled with the same questions over and over. I am told that they are professional's and have years of experience and basically know better than me. They are calling me a liar in no uncertain terms. These women who I have never met before apparently know what has been done to my hair that I didn't even know I had done. I have had a perm recently done because my hair smells like perm and they would know because their professional's. When I repeat several times that I haven't had a perm in two years I am told I am wrong. When I ask why would someone lie about what they have had done I am told a lot of people do. After being told several more times that they are professional's and know better than me I tell them I don't think this is going to work out and could they please just rinse out my hair so I can go. I have to ask two more times for them to rinse out my hair. They just keep telling me my hair smells like perm and it's their discretion if they want to do my perm or not. I'm trying to get the hell out of their and they won't let me leave. I'm trapped in the chair with shampoo in my hair asking them to rinse my hair out and they won't stop telling me that they know what I've had done and not done to my hair. If you didn't want to perm my hair just tell me that. Don't call me a liar when I know what I have had done to MY hair. You were not professional at all. Worst experience I have ever had at a so called salon.

Tammy is great... good stylist and very personable. Had a Groupon for deep conditioning treatment. My hair was fried from coloring and highlighting. After the treatment it was soft and no frizzies. Very pleased. This was my first visit but will be back.

Tammy is "so accommodating" as my sub work assignments change weekly. She always finds a way to fit me in :) Not only do I LOVE my haircuts but I receive many compliments from others as well. Tammy has the special gift of making me feel wonderful after every haircut! She is the very best and I highly recommend her!!

Rachael latarola is a fake name. Not in the salon's computer system and most likely created by the customer who was kindly asked to stop coming in by the owner. (Talk about "grow up") The customer's daughter got engaged to a family member whom the owner does not talk to. The customer would go back and forth and repeat things that were said, and things of that nature, etc. Tammy does an amazing job at what she does and is very fun and personable. She has been doing hair for 31 years and in business 15 years. She has seen and heard it all. As you grow up you don't have time for petty people and unwanted drama. She pays the rent, it is her work environment. You will either love her or hate her but you don't need to leave nasty reviews under fake names to try and make her "look bad". She is not there to just cut hair. That is her space to laugh & enjoy the company of her customers. Read what the real reviews have to say, or come in yourself and find out. What's disgusting is people who try to put others down for doing what is best for them.

Keep your personal life to yourself and don't bring it to work. Telling loyal customers who have been going to you for years not to come to you anymore because of family connections ? Disgusting. Grow up. Be professional. You are there to cut hair and that's it.
