my experience was not the best, and that is a nice way of putting it. i asked for a trim and the woman cut half my hair off and gave me man bangs. fyi to future customer: be EXTREMELY clear to the hair stylist because they may not recollect what u are stating that you want. this was a learning experience for me not to trust just anyone with a pair of cutting shears
