After checking the price of a basic oil change on their website $24.99 I called to make an appointment to drop my car off. Tiffany answered the phone and informed me that it might not be $24.99 it depends on what kind of oil imy car takes . After explaining the car was new and gave Tiffany my make, model and year of my vehicle and she stated that she can not determine the price from that information. She said that they would need to check my VIN number once I dropped it off . I then said I’d like to know the price before I drop it off so I’ll give you the VIN number now, she explained that she would have to put me on hold and help several people before she could take that information and give me a price. After getting off the phone I googled my car , year, make and model and it told me exactly what oil to use so I find it very difficult to believe that giving me a price was so difficult.

This is my second time burned. Made an appointment and was told 4+ hour wait for a tire rotation. Prior appointment was for an oil change and after 3 hours, not touched. What good are appointments? Went to Mavis, less than 30 minutes, I was done. Plenty of help and super friendly. Why go to Goodyear for poor customer service?

I just had oil change done it took almost 2 hour just for oil change and I had appointment it wasn’t walk in if I would go to dealership it will be done faster then this. plus they charge me more when I reach to the shop I book online and give me price and when I reach to shop they said it will be 15 more

I blew out a tire on the way to work at 6am. i was able to get the spare put on and make it the shop. Tiffany was able to get me in and out in a reasonable time so i could still make to work, late but there. Thank you Levittown Goodyear!!!!!

I came in to do a wheel balance. My husband double-checked if lug nuts were torqued to spec, as it is not good for the car if they are not. Lug nuts were over torqued, impossible to undo. He broke the wrench while trying. What if something happened to the tire, and I needed to take the wheel off? It would be impossible. We came in to torque lug nut to req specifications - 80lb/ft. They were refusing to do it, stating they did everything correctly, and when they eventually agreed to, they showed they were annoyed but corrected the issue.

Terrible service. They have somehow managed to lose their own computer generated quote for repairs. When called to confirm that the tires will be in stock for scheduled appointment, they said we don’t see the quote. Are you joking? On top of this, very rude and disrespectful staff, be warned. Stay away from this location. Other Goodyear locations have been so much more prepared and with much more friendly service. Just this specific location is Terrible. Would not be surprised if they actually cause more damage to the car than the actual repair needed the way this location does business.

Making an online appointment is useless. This wasn’t the first time but it is my last. I arrived at 7 AM only to hear I’m not on the schedule and then they start telling me that some morning employees couldn’t make it in, like that’s my fault. I’m no longer a Goodyear customer.

I arrived early and Scheduled work was completed in a reasonable time.
UPDATE - Today was just the opposite. I waited with 3 other people for 75 minutes and nothing moved. I took back my keys and I will not return after going there for 32 years.
