When I walk into this offices I’m always greeted by all the girls they are very helpful in so many ways I’m truely blessed to have them the doc is always sweet even though I miss doctor sajjad dearly I’ve to come to like doctor Singh he makes me laugh & im very comfortable with him. Doctor sajjad left his office in good hands again I’m truely blessed to be cared for by such wonderful staff

I moved to central pa, all I needed was for them to refill my thyroid medication because I can’t get in to see my new primary care doctor here until October. I called to have my prescription transferred to a location near me, but they refused and said I am no longer a patient with them, they cannot do that. I’ve never had so much trouble with a doctors office ever before. It’s totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. They told me to go to urgent care. I’ve had my scripts filled from my family doctor for two years when I first moved to levittown in 2018 with no problems. I’m not sure who the new owners of this practice are, but the customer service is terrible. They aren’t for the patient at all, it’s all business to them.

After 30 plus years with Mercer-Bucks and Dr Syed Sajjad, who retired.We had our first visit with, Dr Joby Jacob of First Docs and received a certified letter to the effect that we had been dismissed from the practice. REALLY!When Dr Sajjad retired, he took the heart and sole of this, once caring practice with him.How many more patients will be "dismissed"? And left to find a new practice?

The worse office staff ever, never return a call, bad communication between you and your doctor, very rude staff, always bills problems and sometimes send you a 2 years ago bill that you didn’t pay which really awful, specially if you never ever late and pay in time your bill, so how come that 2 years ago i didn’t pay for a visit and all the sudden they discovered it.

First Docs Whitehorse Ave Hamilton NJ Office that opened spring 2021 is fantastic! Their doctors are responsive and thorough and their office workers Ruth, Angela, Kenyetta & team are incredible. They've assisted my husband Kevin and I in endless ways; they've gone above and beyond. We are decades long patients at this location and have seen the practice morph into the best yet! We highly recommend them. An excellent medical practice. My husband and I feel blessed and thankful they're always there for us.
