This location doesnt even know whats in their ads or what is supposed to be on sale. The manager needs to be immediately fired and replaced because this level of incompetence is unacceptable.

My first time to this Family Dollar at 5:45. It was closed. All the lights were on tho. A hand written sign said "sorry we're closed" then real small "sorry for inconvenience" Also, a banner out front was hanging from the roof and a beat up truck was parked in front of the front door. Someone needs to clean this place up.

This ratchet no customer service having employee of family dollar should be fired. I came to the family dollar at 3pm ET on WEDNESDAY. There was a hand written note on the door that said “Closed until 4pm” I worked at Family Dollar for 3 years so I know that no employee has the authority to close a store without the permission of a store gm or higher. So I waited 30 minutes to enter the family dollar. I asked her why they were closed she said she had to close for an hour to handle something. I asked her if she had permission and she ignored me. So on my way out, I snapped this picture of her because I was going to file a complaint by calling the next day. She follows me out the store and asks if I took a picture of her. I say yes and she starts yelling at me saying I didn’t have to take a picture of her in a very confrontational way. Her name is Sheree apparently. I’ve been trying to call the store there is no working phoneline. I can’t find a corporate number either. This is why family dollar doesn’t have to hold their employees accountable. Don’t go there.

I went today at 12pm there's a paper sign on the door that says Closed until further notice.....another customer pulled into the lot she informed me this particular place is closed ..do to no bathroom facilities available.....

the girl with blonde hair and glasses her worktag says dana she is a very poor server she is always outside smoking or arguing with someone she is never working arguing with her employes and never there I come here almost everyday for my kids and their friends and she is a horrible worker please fix this ASAP!

This is the third time I went there at least 15-20 mins before posted closing hours to run in and grab something quickly vs having to go to big store and each time they have lights on but doors locked and closed

Nobody ever answers the phone when I called the store. Employees are walking around out of uniform, talking on their cell phones. Cursing on the sales floor service is very poor.
