SAVED THANKSGIVING!Hertz had ruined Thanksgiving for us but Enterprise saved it.It was more than easy and I picked up the car the same day. There were no problems with returns and my $400 hold was returned promptly.I'm so grateful. We already have a pickup truck reserved to go up north for Christmas.If you make an account you can also accumulate points. I haven't been renting for very long but I already have a few hundred points.The employees are always there absolute sweethearts. The gentleman who is always there late is always the kindest.

I experienced the worst customer service ever here, I have been coming here for years and there is always an issue every time I come. The staff are upset because they are short staff or are new, they will not acknowledge you, nor do they apologize for extended long waits, I have always been understanding and my last visit was the last straw. Kadrice who is supposedly a manager who has no customer service skills, or management skills at all is extremely rude to argue with a customer, instead of providing solutions, I paid extra for a SUV and got a different vehicle instead, I requested home pick up and that never happened and there was no apology or communication about this. Their was also a customer in the waiting room upset also because the same situation occurred, every time I come to this location I always see other customers upset as well. All you have to do is stay accountable and provide good customer service to paying customers who come continuously.

At first they seemed impressive, but then I ended up a bit disappointed. After a car wreck my insurance company hooked me up with a rental from here... walked in and all they had were Lincoln's,BMWs,Volvos... or so they said. I asked for the lowest cost rental but they claimed it was only a few dollars less for economy vehicles than high end... maybe as far as charging the insurance company, but for private rentals it's $60+ more. When my contract ended, my insurance company was curious as to why it ended so soon. Because they were charging so much per day that's why. On top of that they tried charging me the per day rate since my contract was ending, but technically I had until the end of that day, which was a Saturday, but they were closed. So they somehow found a way to charge me an extra day, plus put me right into collections. Sound like hard sellers to me.

I reserved Intermediate SUV, site says 5 people n 4 bags. (Midsize before full size) I was taking my grandson to college. They put me in a Standard when I said something they became defensive instead of offering to correct issue, Worst ride ever, felt bump in road, car would not charge the phones, hat to pack to brim. Then deposit $400 if u use credit or debit, return car next day, refuse to give refund receipt. And held my deposit on purpose for three days, blaming it on bank ( it was not the bank) and I have an enterprise rewards account. Will not use them again, it has to be extreme emergency Terrible

I rented a car from July 17 ,2023 and returned it at noon. July,20,2023 for 3day and half .The car had strong odor of urine but I tolerated and didn't complain about it. in the 4 days, I only drive about 30 miles . however, I never got receipt how much I was charged and sent an email on July 26 but didn't get response. I called to the office on July 27.one staff said he would send it to me via email but I didn't get it until today. I called to their national customer service and I was told to charge 5 days . I will not go to the location anymore

My truck was in the shop again. Honestly, this enterprise branch is crutch for me. Natalie had great customer service. I definitely felt like family that is loved. She is definitely on the right track, God willing, her future is bright.

reserved a sedan two weeks in advance and ended up with a Dirty SUV. took it back to exchange and they offered to clean it because there were no sedans available.the employees at the branch could have cared less.Last rental with this company

I had a great experience with this branch, customer service was excellent. I will definitely use this branch again, if Im in the area. The associate got me the lowest price possible and also saved me 10 bucks on fuel, and didn't complain about the rentals late return.

Poor service.I was in an accident and sent to them through the insurance company. They were very unprofessional and didn’t help me pick something I can afford. Basically it was a take your business somewhere else. I don’t know if they were trained to do that or if it’s the color of my skin.

Yet we're really fast with my request. Picked me up to take me to my rental. And was very knowledgeable. The driver Explained everything on the drive there. When we got there I signed the forms and drove off. Excellent and fast customer service. I would highly recommend them. With a big thank you to the man I dealt with, I'm sry can't remember his name.

Horrible experience overall. First time renting a car and this is what I dealt with from the start. Nick lafferty ( regional manager ) helped me out at first nothing was explained the car was never looked over prior to handing me the keys handed me an iPad to sign and sent me on my way… he gave me a VW Jetta that had no back brakes after explaining what is the wrong with the car he proceeds to tell me and my man that the car definitely has brakes and is fine I had to tell him over and over how uncomfortable I felt driving my rental he blew us off sent us to the Levittown location where I ended up with a dodge charger except it was hit while parked at my place of work after many phone calls and after returning the vehicle Nick Lafferty manager was very unprofessional every single encounter with this man from the day I walked in was a DISASTER he is not nice very rude and has a snarky attitude with everything he try’s to “ help with “ I have had many problems with Nick as he tends to contradict himself with a lot with previous conversations discussed over the phone OR in person and doesn’t seem very knowledgeable at this position as MANAGER at all I have asked Nick multiple times for HIS managers information he continued to be very rude over the phone not understanding what I had to say about anything it was his way or no way at all and REFUSED to give me his manager contact info! Overall I think my overall experience with this place And management Nick Lafferty was TERRIBLE! Would not recommend this place to ANYONE and certainly will not be doing business again here what a headache and a huge mess!
