Making the decision to go to Daybreak was sporadic, and a split decision; although I asked many questions I was unsure and frightened about the decision I made.On arrival to detox I was greeted by Kris, a brief wave of embarrassment and anxiety rose to the surface of my body, however as soon Kris greeted me I knew I made a great decision.Due to Kris' experience I guess he sensed my fear. He immediately encouraged me not be nervous, he explained the procedure and routines of the program. He offered me a bottle of water, in addition Kris was very polite and gentle about searching, and confiscating my personal belongings. He offered me dinner due to time I arrived. I arrived after 11P.M. Although, I wasn't hungry I did appreciate his humility and professionalism.I'm very grateful for; Kris, Ms. Moe and Erica!!!A.B. New York

I would not recommend this facility to any family member looking to get their loved one rehabilitated. My boyfriend was there for almost a full month and had a terrible experience. This place also removed his negative honest review from google , so be aware if you try to tell the truth about this crooked place!! As an emergency contact for him I experienced a few rude nurses and techs who would get an attitude or annoyed when I would call for a simple update on him or would promise to call me back but never did. Whenever he would call me they would be right next to him listening to every conversation and he wasn't able to tell me how bad his experience was over the phone because they would threaten to end the call instantly if he told me anything negative about the way he was treated or anything negative about the facility itself. When it came time for the days up to him leaving the facility the techs promised to accommodate his train ticket and an uber to the station when in reality they ended up telling him they would just drop him off at a hospital after they got tired of him asking if they had any update on whether they got him a ticket or not. Daybreak also falsely advertises the amenities online so I wouldnt get your hopes up for anything. They mainly are all about keeping you there as long as they can to drain your insurance but not provide the quality care they promise when you do the intake phone call. State run facilities are by far better than daybreak and thats a stretch. Please do your research before coming here. The website is falsely advertising a heated pool which is barely ever heated and the “massage therapy” that are non existent, all of this to falsely bill your insurance insane amounts. The only good thing I could say about this place from what he experienced was the catered food which he really enjoyed.

Awesome! Staff care so much about the clients. If I had an issue, there was always someone to talk to. Accommodations are above and beyond what I expected with needs met and then some. Thanks to them I do have a better outlook on what's ahead of me in my journey.

I’m sad to say that I’ve been in treatment two other times before daybreak. Daybreak was buy far the best out of the three!! The folks at daybreak were very professional and after two years sober they still contact me!! These people are genuine and yes they make money but they really do care about people!! I pray that I don’t ever end up in treatment again but daybreak would be the first call I would make!!

The techs are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Sam, Ryan, Jen and Crystal are the backbone of that place! Out of all the staff they were the most helpful for me in my opinion!! I had a minor issue with the call center on being very misleading but the staff was very accommodating and help resolve the issue. The care coordinator Marquise was a huge help in fixing everything. She has also followed up a few times after my discharge to make sure everything was good!! Just make sure you ask a lot of questions with the call center and make sure you speak with the staff when you arrive to verify everything. This treatment center changed my life!!! Thank you DayBreak!!

Staff was extremely helpful and concerned for patients recovery and were able to relate to the struggles we faced and will face. Like every medical facility, insurance “issues” arise that can be stressful, but the coordinator was always there to assist! The residential building was not quite as explained by the gentlemen on the phone, yet was comfortable and relaxing. I feel refreshed after leaving and would recommend their services to friends and family that are serious about expecting from addiction!

Amazing experience! At first, I went because I had no other choice but once there I found the solution to all my problem. It was suggested to me by people that had found freedom from drugs and alcohol. I needed to get a home group, get a sponsor and work the 12 steps. If it can work for me it can work for you too. I'm truly sober and clean. I havent had a drop of alcohol or any type of drug for almost 2 years. Daybreak pointed me in the direction of success.

Thank you DayBreak. Your treatment facility got my son back on track in life. He will soon have one year sober. With his hard work and the knowledge of the staff he is now a contributing member of society. He is spreading the word of sobriety to others by speaking at meetings. His stay at your facility has changed his life forever.Thank you for everything.A Grateful Mom

I am incredibly grateful to Mo and all the staff at Daybreak! My son was definitely near death more than once before we found this facility. He did well because the staff were understanding and had great knowledge and experience with addiction. My son found himself there. He learned a different way, and is living a healthy and productive life now.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!A Grateful Mother

My experience was exactly what I needed in one of my most desperate moments of my life. From detox to residential and then partial hospitalization program, I experienced the best treatment and counseling one could expect in a program like this. They really helped me get back on my feet and have hope again.

DayBreak (along with my Higher Power) saved my life; my rehabilitation experience there was nothing short of soul transforming. I am forever indebted to the person who convinced me to get on a plane and go to rebab. I am filled with immense gratitude for all of the staff at DayBreak, the therapists, physicians, nurses, technicians, and everyone in-between. The staff was incredibly empathetic, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I learned about myself and addiction and how to deal with this difficult challenge in my life differently. I had the opportunity to create a sober network with my peers there at DayBreak and was given all of the tools needed to help me re-enter the real world with confidence and positivity. I felt genuinely safe, accepted, and loved - I knew I was in the right place at the right time. I am 90+ days sober because of DayBreak, the inspiring people that I met there, and the AA foundation.
