Went in around 11:15/11:20 on a Wednesday May 1st firstly the tall caucasian guy with the purple shirt was great and friendly ? as soon as you walk in .. and the teller I’m not sure if her name is Georgia (the bank business cards were in front of her ) but I think she was African either way she she was great made me smile and had fun conversation while all handling my transaction in the process great experience
Keep up the energy another reason to chose citizens

Horrible! I’ve had my cash deposits eaten by the ATM twice and had to go in and have it resolved, staff is always lackadaisical about questions. The ATM here is out of order more often than not. Out of all the solid grocery store branches to be closing in the next few months and this DUMP of a branch will remain open. Embarrassing!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST branch. It has been for awhile. They have one older lady with short blonde hair that's snarky and rude most of the time. She's not pleaseant. They never have large amounts to withdrawal unless you "schedule it in advance". The only reason I even go here despite all this is the drive thru HOWEVER lately everytime I go the drive thru is "closed do to technical issues'. ALL THE TIME!!!The only highlight of this branch is one younger woman who, if you're lucky enough to get her, is very happy and helpful.

Drive thru closed..sign says use ATM.ATM closed sign says come inside...3 employees.... 1 person at counter..After waiting 10 minutes to make a deposit...I walked out

Citizens Bank is my Favorite Banking Institution For The Exceptional Services and there Family Like Atmosphere inside the Branch. With Drive Thru Banking ATM Services & There Mobile Banking is Second To None With Zelle Free of Service. Love Being able to Call There Number and Speak to a Live Representative. If You Enjoy Fast Friendly Service And All They Have to Offer I Highly Recommend Stopping In and Enjoy Banking Each Associate and Banker Is Super Helpful and very Welcoming. They Really Care About you as a Person rather than just an Account Number. Thank You Citizens Bank for Setting the Bar High and Living up to It.

Known issue for months that the atm is broken. It's eaten my card twice now. This time after hours so I have to drive back first thing in the morning to retrieve my card. Take some pride in your branch and get it fixed. Will not be using this location ever again

The workers at this bank are okay. They talk waaaaay too much and dont take no for an answer. The worst part is their atm though. It's always broken in some way. Out of money, blue screened, covered in bugs, can't deposit because the slot doesn't open, any number of problems.
