“After a horrible experiance with Safelite who left me without a windshied for 4 days i had my 2001 Jeep cherokee towed to Abs Auto glass. From the very beginning i was informed of the procedure and told everything up front. The day i towed it there i was told that if it got there early enough it may be done that day. I was also told that there was some rust around the pinch welds yet the technician was able to clean it prep it and complete the job same day. I highly recommend this business.New review. i had ABS come back and do the windshield on my 2008 Honda Fit. “John replaced my windshield a year or two ago and i still recommend him to people. he was fast, fairly priced, and though my job took a bit longer than i was originally told, John was very transparent with me about how the glass did not meet his standards when he received it from his supplier and he reordered it. that he took the extra time to make sure i was getting a quality product showed me that he actually cares about the experience his customers have. thank you John, hopefully my windshield doesn’t crack again but if it does i will absolutely be back!!”
