Excellent service, everybody is very polite and engaging. Tyler answered every question that I had. He went above and beyond. Even talked to the painter name Kareem. Both are very knowledgeable and excellent at their craft. Car came out looking amazing. Highly recommend. Made a customer for life.

2nd time we took my wife's Rav4 to Caliber due to someone hitting it again. First time was flawless! This time was not flawless! They Subed the suspension work out to AVP. The work AVP did was horrible! Sway bar end link fell off and they left the brake caliper bolts loose! After 2 trips back the car is perfect now. I am giving them 5 stars because their body and paint work is flawless! Thanks to Cindy ,Tyler and the rest of the crew.

My insurance company recommended Caliber, and since they were near my home, I figured it would be convenient to use. Tyler was great in keeping me up to date, with the process, but there were issues that caused me to give less than 5 stars. The damage to my vehicle required a replacement tire due to a puncture, and Caliber attempted to replace it with a different brand and model than the vehicle currently has. They are a rare brand, so, admittedly, they are not the easiest tires to fine. They claimed that they were no longer available, but I was able to find a tire retailer that carried the brand and was able to order it. This is something that I would expect the body shop to do as part of their service, not me. Once the tire was ordered and installed, it was obvious that this size was the wrong tire for the vehicle, which frankly should have been noticed and caught by Caliber before it was released to me. This created additional work on my part to sort out (I agreed to do the steps of going to the tire store since it would get me back into my own vehicle sooner), but the quality check of the vehicle before it was released to me should have taken place. I question if the obvious things were overlooked, what else was overlooked?I have my car back, and that is great, but the little bit of frustration should not have taken place.They do get credit for making sure they made it right, and I had no issues with them making it right.Services: Steering & suspension repair
