I was discussing the recent gas hike with a friend and Bruce’s came up in the talk as my preferred gas vendor. And I had several pros that compelled me to leave a review.1) Bruce’s gas prices are consistently less than our immediate competitors (e.g. Wawa and Wawa etc. lol) Typically .10 cents less on avg.1a) They have very new gas pumps, that are super easy to use. They have tv in them and the touch displays is easy to use.2) I buy my propane there. Affordable refills for $14!3)They employ a gas attendant-sustaining jobs where other stations are jump automated with no human interaction.4)They do ? repair. *Note: I have not had any auto repair work completed here, but I would say it’s convenient to have a nice community service center that offers several services.I like being able to go and support a local business ? Wawa for grabbing gas and propane while saving some coin.

Great gas prices but made an appointment to get my exhaust look at and turned out the mechanic just didnt come in and sidnt even get a phone call to say i needed to try somewhere else

Great service! I take my car to Bruce's! Joe, the guy who works the garage, is a real honest guy. Does a quality job, at an affordable price! There should be no question about it, if you need your car looked at then take it to Bruce's Liberty and have Joe look at it. They also fill propane over there. I trust Bruce's, and I'm quite confident in their ability Great group of guys. Great service. Great price.

Called at 9:00 a.m. this morning to report a tank that was leaking. I was advised by the Edgely Fire company to call Bruce.......it is now noon and I still have not gotten a return call...and I called them twice. Nice going...and thank you Edgely Fire Company for the not so good tip. Maybe you should think of NOT referring people with leaking propane tanks to Bruce's.....I called Suburban....boom.....tank being taken away....no problem, no angst, no fighting, no bad language....they just said "don't worry, we will take care of it." And the best part....no charge!!! Use Surburban!!!!!!

I had an encounter with an older, Irish looking driver for Bruce who must REALLY HATE his job- he cursed me out and used some really foul language that I would not yell at someone I don't like, and certainly not at a woman with an infant with her. Its not just disgusting but extremely unprofessional, as well. Not only did i witness this behavior but so did the customer he was servicing and any other potential customers. Apparently the owner can afford to not gain new customers nor keep the ones he has because of the other review i read, as well as the fact that i had contacted the company ASAP and was informed that Bruce would call me back in a few days after he returned to work....yea, that never happened. So here i am letting everyone and anyone know to AVOID this business! They do NOT care about customers or being a professional company!!
