Very thin walls, can hear everything. No numbers on the inside door. Stairs are right inside the door, trip hazard and very steep.

Use to live here. Although the setup is nice. The corporate offices that own the units are terrible. They don't care what is going on around you they just want their money.

Let’s start by saying my bestfriend passed away 4.5 years ago. Within about 3 months, the complex had called her mom stating that the memorial by the tree aligned with the street was too extravagant and that it was “time to let this all go” they stated that it was a very tragic event and they “empathized” but limited her to a picture only. This is unrealistic as many people were able to access & visit. Her accident had been in the local news. However, we did our best to bring the decorations down to a minimum. Over time, they tore the entire tree down where her memorial was. We made a cross to place farther from the complex & closer to the street. The cross was destroyed twice until we built one far too indestructible. They have now managed to have this dug up(it was not an easy dig, I promise you that) and we’re going to just toss the cross. One of the workers reached out & stated he didn’t have the heart to just do that & was happy he found her moms Facebook to at least return it. They try to compare their own losses to a grieving MOTHER. There is no greater loss than losing a child. The loss of people you are MEANT TO OUTLIVE has no comparison & I’m disgusted by the heartless-ness of these people. We rarely even visit anymore since they took her tree. This has no disturbance to anyone there other than some vile hatred you have over a deceased 19 year old woman’s memorial. I hope you guys are happy with yourselves & I pray you never have to suffer the pain her parents/family have.

This is my second year being here. I love it here. Neighbors are so friendly and it's clean and well kept. We met Kat and she took care of everything for us. CC in the office is a sweetie. Im glad I found this apartment.

I lived here for a year and honestly liked it for the most part. However, the laundry is expensive and most units are broken down. The management is very nice in the beginning but will definitely flip a switch to release your security deposit. They charge for minute individual scuff marks and regular wear and tear which is even permissible by law. It's not a bad place but be prepared to fight if you even want to get a dime of your security deposit back!

I have to give the biggest shout out to CC (Christina) and Chelsea for making our experience exceptionally amazing! Their kindness and courtesy is above and beyond the standard and has really set the bar for us. My boyfriend and I are moving from out of state and they have made the entire process so easy! We cannot wait to become part of an amazing community! Thank you guys for all your hard work and making us feel more like family rather than just tenants!

Among other things that are awful about this place, this is a tipping point. In our lease we have a patio but now we can't use it for our kids bikes? And they want to charge $50 a month for storage units when they're already overpriced apartments for the area.In the past few months water has been out for multiple days. The office people are extremely rude and useless. This is the worst place I've ever lived.

Costs around $6 to do a load of laundry. The building for washers and dryers is also very far from my apartment and I need to go down a flight of stairs to get there. Very difficult for me. Also there is only like 2 washers working at a time so it's about a 50% chance I can't even do my laundry when I go down there.

I cannot stress enough how trash this place is. Constant water issues. Maintenance breaks more stuff than they fix. They broke the water shutoff valve to my toilet off so every time it leaks (once a month) I can't fix it and I need to wait the 20 minutes it takes for them to get here to fix the toilet. Every time water has leaked into my apartment the maintenance team has taken my shower towels to clean up the mess and subsequently ruin them. This has been both from water leaking out of the ceiling from upstairs as well as constant toilet and sink issues. The walls behind the ground radiators all have openings into the walls and are extremely dirty.Mice run around in the ceiling all night while you sleep.Everyday I wake up in this place I want to leave and cannot wait to break this lease. Do not waste your time here.PS. The only "great review" on this google review board is from Dianne Townsend who works for Brittany Springs which is technically against google's rules and a major conflict of interest. Proof is in the pictures.

Gone extremely downhill in the past 3 years or so. Used to like it here but maintenance issues have become more prominent and it seems as though either heat or water is out in the building for extended periods of time. Not worth the rates they are charging at all and am looking to move out when my lease is up in 2 months.

My family has lived at Brittany Springs since the spring of 2018. I will say, over the past 6+ months, the team has really made a commitment to improving the quality and efficiency of the maintenance requests. Hector, in particular, is a God-send to the team and it's refreshing to the see the great strides they've been making to keep the grounds clean and respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests. They also have greatly improved the accessibility of the pool. The two lifeguards they hired last summer were amazing and it was awesome to have the pool open each day, when it the past it was minimally available. For the cost of the home, you're getting a good deal.

I have lived in Brittany Springs Apartments for y years and it’s a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew keeps the grounds clean and are updating a lot. Neighborhood is clean, safe and a nice place to live. The rent is very reasonable and they offer storage units for extra belongings for only $25 extra a month. Great place!
